  From the moment I dialed the phone, I had a fantastic experience working with Steph at Credit Saint. She listened intently to my concerns and resolved them quickly and efficiently. Beyond just addressing my immediate needs, she also proactively informed me about other valuable features available through Credit Saint that I wasn't even aware of. Steph's dedication and personalized attention truly made me feel valued and appreciated, like I was the most important member of the Credit Saint family. I wholeheartedly recommend her and Credit Saint to anyone looking for reliable and supportive credit repair services.

  Credit Saint is a BIG SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They will convince You to purchase their Most Expensive and Most Aggressive Package called The Clean Slate Package for $195 down to start and then $139.99 per month and tell You that if they are unsuccessful with removing the items You wish to Dispute, They will give You 100% of Your Money back, Guaranteed! I paid them for this package for 3 months and nothing was Removed from My Credit Report, although Id already provided them with the police report for the Fraud accounts that did not belong to Me! They claim theyd removed one account, which was an account Id never heard of and had Never seen on My Credit Report! Also, that account was not an account that Id requested to be removed and is not listed on ********* Report! *** requested 100% of My Money to be Refunded back, as they were Unsuccessful at Removing any of them items! Credit Saint put My account into a so-called Audit process and called Me back within ***************************************************************** and *** said he would call Me back within 24 More hours, only to tell Me they are Refusing to Refund My Money back to Me! I am now Seeking an attorney because I will not allow them to Scam Me out of $474.98! Ive gone through other Credit Repair Companies in the past and Credit Saint is the Absolute WORST! They are the ************ that did not Deliver what they said they would be able to Deliver and made Me Feel like I was Scammed out of Money! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM CREDIT SAINT! They are Doing Horrible, Dishonest Business and They DO NOT OPERATE WITH INTEGRITY OR COMPASSION!   SCAM!!!!! Stay away... After 4 months of spending over 190 a month with them, I got no ROI. They make it impossible to cancel, and after you finally get to the point of canceling, they call nonstop to get you back. The harassing calls and emails did not stop until I got rude. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IT IS SCAM!!!!

  ******** company! I've been with them 4+ months w no removals on my dashboard. Called and asked for a refund as stated in their contract . I was told that after an audit that they found that 9 late payments were removed. I asked them to send me the starting reports and the ending report showing the removals but that's not their policy. You have to take their word for it. I was asking for only half my money back but they said they did their job. The only honest person was the associate that told that after 90 days and nothing came off, you should cancel. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this company as possible.

  Please check BBB before hired this company. After 5 months getting my money, nothing changed in my credit score and in the last 2 months not one call from them to keep me posted about the process or next step to follow. These companies make the process longer to get more money out of your pocket. In my first calls they told me that my credit only needed a polish and it won't take longer than 3 months...stay away from this white collars crooks.

  Worst credit repair company. After 9 month no changes on credit Report and no refund. I don't think any attempt of credit repair was done. The best thing a person can do is send out your own dispute. I will not be referring anyone to this company.

  I have given Credit Saint 5+ months to help us with their promises and can do's. For $129.99 a month and the initial fee they have done nothing. I've had to call for updates the last three months. The first two month's, they couldn't find me in the system. And they said they'd call me back and never did. But they were sure able to take the $129.00 fee every month. NO MORE RIP OFFS. I'm cancelling on Monday. I want every ***** back. I'll send out another review next week after I speak with them. VERY DISAPOINTED. What I can say to ALL is be very careful and look around for reputable help. Don't get stuck in their web. Giving them any Star is a positive for them. I give them "0".

  I wish I could give them no stars. This company misrepresented their services from the start. They have been charging me since March 2023, it is now September 2024. They would have one or two things removed just to show up back on my credit in a few weeks. They lied and told me if I paid off stuff they could have it removed. Which never happened and when I reached out to the creditor they told me they would not be removed, no matter how many times Credit Saint tried. After several months of asking for them to cancel my services and requesting refunds then Credit Saint giving me every excuse in the book as to why they couldnt, I am at my wits end with them and wasted thousands of dollars for nothing. ******** lied to me back in June 2024, ***** and *** have refused to assist me. Just pay the creditor and wait for it to fall off your credit. Credit Saint are liars! Run far, far away.
