      I started my phone call defensively because of my past experience with Lexington Law. I was ripped off for over 1 1/2 years with no real results. ***** your employee put me at ease and made me feel very uncomfortable about using this kind of service again.

      I believe the company is fraudulently scamming customers. It presents itself as a reputable company and promises to provide a certain level of service. However, they will string you along and fail to come through.The company will remove a small item off your credit immediately, in order to keep you on the hook. Then there will be no more movement for months. In my case it cost me more for the services then the debt itself and after several months I left empty handed. My case was a simple one given that the reporting company acknowledged that the debt was not mine and reported in error by the collection agency. The debt issue consisted of three pieces, all from the same occurrence, just with different amounts. You would think, easy fix. Well it wasnt and as I stated above, it cost me more for the service then the debt amount itself.I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. I would suggest you find a another alternative. Their customer service representatives will read from a script when you call, never really answer your questions, then end the call with shallow promises of progress on the next billing period.**************** is a scam
