      All I want is to cancel my account. Its taken longer than expected and I want to move on. Im retiring from the military and want to free up some of my expenses. I tried doing it on the chat and then I called. All they do is transfer you around until your tired of dealing with it. This is a tactic to make people stay customers I believe. If they make the process difficult enough people will just keep paying them.

      ****************** called in yesterday at 3:52pm to cancel his account. As there was a little bit of a wait time he opted to be dialed back. At 4:30pm we dialed him back but were only able to leave a voicemail. He call was never transferred even once. This account is cancelled.

      I hired credit saints to fix my credit and upon looking at my report and hearing my concerns they took the job and my score didnt change. Month after month I called and the very first month there may have been some deletions that affected my score in no way significant. If you dont handle charge offs and getting removed then dont take credit repairs you cant assist. Now I am out of my hard earned money and there was nothing they did for me. I paid the initial fee plus 7 months of service for nothing and instead of saying you cant assist me I had to call and cancel the service.

      We are very sad with this complaint and wish the client had taken the opportunity to discuss their concerns with a manager before reaching out here. This client has not been with us in a year and there are a multitude of factors that go into your score beyond the scope of the services that we provide. This client did have deletions as of the time that they closed their account with us. However, as a company that prides itself on ethics, we cannot in good conscious advise a client to continue paying for a service if it has reached its maximum potential. Upon receipt of this complaint, one of our managers reached out to the client directly and discussed their concerns. We also reached a solution that allows the client to get closer to achieving their goal. Next to delivering results, the quality of our clients experience is among our top concern here at Credit Saint and we are thankful for the opportunity to impress this client.

      I’m a 100% total and permanent disabled combat veteran who is currently living in a homeless shelter. I called upon Credit Saint for help. My credit has dropped twice now. I pay monthly and receive no advice or direction. Once they had me signed to monthly charges, they did initial interview, placed items under investigation and then walked away. I am close to getting house and after last credit report, I will lose that opportunity. So it’s back to the streets because I’ve already been at shelter too long to stay anymore. When I got emails after signing up, words like “dedicated” were used to describe service to you. But that is not the case. My dreams are shattered and I lost. Obey for services that are not rendered due to lack of interest after payment plan of service is accomplished. Shame this is what they do to Disabled American Veteran

      To think that our company treated you any different because of your military status is a very unfair and biased statement, especially to a company that employs veterans. Your scores at the end of your first cycle of disputes were up 85-140 points on all three bureaus. The only thing we can impact is disputing damage that you feel is inaccurate. Since the initial score increase a new card was opened and is maxed out and over the limit with a ***% utilization. After two cycles of disputes you saw *** of your damage gone from TransUnion and Equifax and 40% of your damage gone from Experian.

      As for your concern with communication. When you enrolled you were given the option of phone calls or text messages as a form of communication. You opted for text messaging. We sent text messages on 9/28/22, 10/4/22, 10/5/22, 10/6/22, 10/13/22, 10/28/22 (on this same day you called us as well). We talked to you again on the phone on 11/15. Additional texts were sent on 11/21/22, 11/23/22, 1/5/23, 1/11/23, and another phone call on 1/5/23.

      You mentioned on your January 5th phone call that you would send supporting documentation for you damage and nothing has been received. We also made an accommodation on your documents when you first started because we understood and sympathized with your housing situation.

      No credit repair company or organization can guarantee which items can be removed or promise results.   Your progress is fantastic and is being counteracted by new damage. We wished you had given us a call to review before writing negatively about us publicly as we could have explained what was hurting and how to quickly reverse what was done. That being said even as of today your scores are up from where you started and the program has worked for you.

      October 2022 Ive paid 500+ and no change to my credit report. Only item removed on Nov 7 was from a creditor I mailed in a payment for I asked for a refund and they said it not allowed. Buyer beware.

      We have spoken with this client and are glad that we were able to reach a conclusion to this matter that met fully with their approval. As of the date of this complaint, the client had not yet reached 60 full days in our service. They have not been billed anywhere near $500. As of the end of this clients first cycle, they have considerably more removed than the one item being referenced. The client remained active in the program and we will speak again with them at the end of the current cycle.

      This is a totally fraud company!!! I purchased the credit restoration service from Credit Saint from August. They claim to offer 90 days money back service. Here is statement from their website: If you sign up for service with Credit Saint in any program, and do not see any questionable items deleted from your credit in 90 days, you will be entitled to a full ************* I called them to ask for money back, but they said I can't get it because I didn't call them at the first 90 days. What???? Any items on our website didn't tell me I should call you in the first 90 days, it just says I need to stay with Credit Saint at least 90 days and I only can get my first 90 days money back!!!!!!! Anyone want to use their service, plz be careful!!!! They will have lot of excuses not doing their work but just make easy money!!!!

      This complaint makes no sense at all. This client called in yesterday and within six minutes received a refund and expressed satisfaction. We would never want a client to leave unhappy. It is hard to pinpoint the time this complaint was filed. We are unsure why this client filed a complaint before calling us; or filed it after telling us she was satisfied.

      Credit Saint, LLC took a ****** payment out of my checking account without my permission. I called and inquired about the program. I have not signed any paperwork that authorized this payment. I want my ****** that was taken out of my account back.

      We are confused and dismayed by this complaint. This client enrolled in our service on December 14th, where you spent a significant amount of time speaking with an advocate. On the call you provided a card number after being read a billing disclosure asking your permission to process a payment six days after enrollment. We are extra confused as you contacted us the day you filed this complaint and requested a refund and to move your payment to January 20th of the upcoming year. Your account has been cancelled, and your payment had already been refunded on that call.

      I hired Credit Saint early this year to help me with my credit issues. I was told that my credit was going to improve with in 90 days. The 90 days passed and I saw minimal to no credit improvement. Each month that passed by, there was no major changes. This weekend was my next credit refresh and I saw a lot of major changes. Reports shown that duplicate accounts, new accounts, account that had been deleted. I called On Monday and spoke to an agent and was told that someone was going to update my reports. I called for the 2nd time on Monday and was not given a reason as to why this happened. After 6 months, my score looks as the same as the day i started. I did not see any changes on all 3 of my credit files. this company was changing the numbers on their website. meanwhile they were still charging me 100 plus dollars for nothing. Do not hire this company, stay away from it.

      We are troubled and saddened by this complaint and its contents. All of our programs are backed with a ******************************************************************************* the program for 90 days with no deletions, you are entitled to a full refund. We make absolutely no claims nor guarantee's of any kind as it relates to credit scores because this is largely beyond our control. This client did have deletions on 2 out of 3 bureaus which he was not satisfied with. All updates are posted on our clients dashboard and are generated using an automated system which is then submitted to audit for a human to confirm the accuracy. This is exactly what occurred here and was explained to the client. We spoke to this client on November 1st and reviewed their account. They opted to remain in the program at that time. Had the client not acknowledged they were happy with the resolve we wish they would have reached back out to us before filing this complaint. We have since spoken with the client and, due to the gravity of his concerns, issued a refund outside of policy.

      I am rejecting this response because: Received a call from **** from Credit Saint few days after I posted at BBB. **** admitted that my account was being neglected and that he wanted to personally take care of my account. after 6 months and my credit did not show any improvements. no major deletions only a few late payments from their website, but nothing is showing on the credit profiles. I hired a different company as of November and fired Credit Saint. When I asked for a full refund, I was only given 3 months and they could not do anything else. Do NOT hire this company and stay way from it.

      Signed up with the company for their services. They requested 3 forms of identity and it was supplied within 2 days, before they sent any correspondence out on my behalf. I received back a letter from one of the bureau about using a 3rd party. Called the company and they said I should not have received that, and this was 3 weeks into my first round. I asked the company if they could do something on my behalf, considering I provided everything they needed, another month is approaching for payment, and we are basically starting over. They did not do anything to accommodate me. I called a second time to try to give them the opportunity to assist in the matter, and the rep hung up on my after putting me on hold. Poor, poor, service.

      Complaint Summary I responded to a Website falsely stating that Credit saint was a top credit repair company & reasonable person would believe to be honest, not fiduciary fraud NOT SURE ON DATE YET APPROX 8/26/22 / Transaction Date My password was changed, my email and cell phone keeps getting accessed without my knowledge. /Nor permission. I had an email saying my password changed to credit saint, it forced me to create a new login from my email via a response. Then it wanted me to "agree" to a 20 page contract where it states that I gave them permission via an electronic signature to sign contracts fill out applications etc. I know that I would not do such a thing because I would not even trust my own family, much less a credit repair *** that only has to respond to neg. 's does not fill out applications nor sign contracts. Furthermore, it is prompting me to "agree" in order to continue so obviously I have not already agreed by electronic signature which they show as a V for a plan option - clearly Fraudulently stated. YOU DO NOT HAVE A SIGNED POWER OF ATTORNEY, CREDIT SAINT IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO SIGN ANY CONTRACTS, MAKE ANY DEALS NOR FILL OUT ANY APPLICATIONS WITH MY INFO. THAT WOULD BE OUTRIGHT FRAUD. PLEASE REFU THE $180 YOU SAY YOU CHARGED ME BACK THE SAME WAY, YOU TOOK IT AND TO THE SAME ACCOUNT. I REVOKE ANY POWER OF ATTORNEY CREDIT SAINT STATS THEY HAVE. TAKING ANY ACTION USING MY CREDIT OR SIGNGING FOR ANY ASSETS/CONTRACTS/AGREEMENTS OF ANY SORT WOULD BE FADUCIARY FRAUD.       We are deeply concerned and admittedly a little baffled by this complaint and its contents.

      ******************** signed up with us online of his own volition on August 26th, 2022 at around 7am. As part of our online sign up process, ******************* answered security questions to retrieve his credit reports and gave us his reasons for why he did not agree with the various damages contained within his credit reports. The limited power of attorney that he is referencing is specifically contained to disputing his damage with the credit bureaus.

      We have absolutely no idea what the client is referencing with respect to his cybersecurity issues and certainly have absolutely nothing to do with that. The 20 page "contract" ******************** is referencing is a copy of our client agreement, containing all local, state and federally mandated disclosures. The *** denotes the client's service level and the only signature that would be required would be on the cancellation page if the client wanted to cancel without communication within the timeline denoted on the agreement itself.

      What baffles us about this complaint the most is the 13 minute phone call that ******************** had with us on September 28th at approximately 5:30pm, a day before this complaint. On every call before discussing account details the caller must verify their identity. During this conversation, ******************** inquired about his online portal, the proof of address documentation required, his credit scores, the damage we are challenging and the terms of the 90 day Money Back Guarantee and the notes he provided us for his challenges. At no point during this conversation, did ******************** articulate any concerns of any kind and seemed to be happy with the information provided. We have made many attempts to contact the client since the posting on this complaint to no avail. Please give us a phone call, we promise to take excellent care of you.

      I started paying this company "credit saints" 4 months ago!! I aid them for over $500 dollars for their services!With no removals' off of my account!! My credit score went down vs up!!! They advertise A #** day money back guarantee, however, when I Called them last month, they mentioned I didn't qualify for this advertisement!!I beg to differ!! Please save your money this is a SCAM!!! They don't return my emails and when I call them they give you the run arounds!!! I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK!!!THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
