  I recently moved into a new house. There were several odds and ends that required the use of a handy man. I was left with projects that were not finished.They did bill me any way. I was not pleased being left with half finished projects and charges on my credit card. I called many times to set up a completion date. Instead, I got nowhere.Please do not do what I did. I hired them without checking reviews. DO NOT HIRE THEM

  The absolute WORST!!! i HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. THEY STOLE $1,000.00 from me and did a lousy job that a 5 tear old would do.THIS IS A SCAM.

  We contacted Nail it Handyman to build a playset we bought for our kids. The playset is large and the manufacturer says it can take an average of 2 days with 2-3 guys. We sent all the info to Nail It and ***, the salesperson said 2 guys 8 hours and guaranteed it would be done. We were skeptical and *** was pushy, he kept pitching if you schedule for tomorrow we will discount the job $300 per technician costing $1300 and a further discount if paid by check. They require you to provide a credit card to book the job but will not charge until the job is done. WRONG. We were completely deceived. The next day 2 guys show up to our house in the pouring rain. Their tech said it would be impossible to build in the rain, hes gonna tell the office he cant complete the job and to reschedule. We were fine with it UNTIL, ***** their operations manager told us, tho THEY acknowledged they cancelled, we had to pay. I told *****, no work was done; we werent provided a service and your guys cancelled the job due to the rain, after much back and fourth and serious frustration, she said too bad Im following policies you are going to pay whether you like it or not. She took the payment in FULL. I contacted my credit card company to let them know I did not authorize this charge. The credit card company reported that the charge was valid due to a signed contract. I didnt even know THERE WAS ONE. They FORGED my name on a contract that I never signed and stole my money. The credit card company is refusing to refund it all due to this contract which I have proof I never signed. This company is a nightmare. *** NEVER told us about any contracts. This is exactly how they scam you, get your card information, charge you for the job whether you are provided services or not just because they showed up if your like us and was never told about a contract, they add your name to a docusign to ensure they get the money.   AVOID! I called Nail-It on June 27th requesting an expert in installing an above ground pool. Their quoted prices were around $200 an hour per person for labor. I was assured that their workers install above ground pools frequently and they were experts. I agreed to have one pool installation expert come to my house to help me the next day. I requested the first available appointment and they told me he would be here between 8:30 - 9:30 am the next morning. I received a text at 7:50 in the morning saying that the worker was on his way. I waited outside for hours before he finally showed up. He eventually showed up at 10:45 in the morning. I made multiple calls to the office during this time and all my calls went to voicemail. The worker showed up wreaking of drugs. He would frequently go to his car for something and not return for 10 or so minutes and can be seen smoking something in our cameras. He was NOT a pool expert at all and ended up causing us extra work and costing us extra money. The pool should have been done after 3 hours. He ended up staying for over 3 hours and now I have to fix the work he did because it is wrong. I let management know all my concerns including him smelling horribly of drugs, but they didn't seem to care.

  I contracted this company to install a 24ft round pool. The agreement was for a single day's work. The sent people over to install the pool. Well, so I thought. The pool was left unfinished and they charge me for the service and charged me more after debiting my account. This is completely terrible that they did not do what they were contracted to do. I would advice everyone to stay away from this company. They will scam you.

  This is a scam company. They will do anything to schedule you a job. No one will show up. They will answer one time saying someone is coming, and then stop answering and phone just goes to voicemail. This website and fake company needs to be shut down. They take your money and disappear. File your chargebacks and shut this place down.

  They are a scam. Dishonest salesman, dishonest workers, poor customer service as they never call you back. I was booked for a 3 hour job. I was offered a discount if i agreed to have the job done the next day. I told them i did not have the supplies yet, they said it wasnt a problem, the guy would shop for me, give me a receipt and do the job. He came to the house, measured the 2 closets for shelving, then was gone for over an hour "shopping". I never received my reciepts from *********** it took 4 hours to complete the job so I had to pay for 5 hours of work. This was NEVER explained to me that if you go over the 3 hours, you can't just pay for 4 you have to pay for 5. The job costed twice as much as what i was quoted without any call backs from customer service. They are a disgusting business.

  These guys are a RIPOFF. DONT USE THEM. DONT EVEN CALL THEM. PLEASE. I called them to get storm shutters for my front windows. They held my card on file for ****** dollars which I should have never done. This was done on Monday and they came out Friday. It actually took the guy 10 seconds,honestly , 10 seconds to measure the single window I needed a shutter for. He then said I would have to go purchase the shutters and they would return at that time to install them. He said the charge for today was ****** just to measure. I couldnt believe it. No work done and charged me ******. They had my card on file so I had no choice but they screwed up. Its Sunday and they probably arent going to charge the card until Monday. I just called the bank and they said simply turn off the card. Sorry guys. You need some GOD in your life and youre not getting my money. Stop ripping people off. Go to church
