    Excellent customer service! I was initially worried about ordering baby supplies online from a company I hadnt heard about before, but they had the stroller I wanted in stock so I made the leap. Im so happy I did! The product came as advertised and was delivered quickly. Happy with the service, I have placed four more orders in the last several months. Out of the many items I ordered, one baby toy arrived with a small **** (small, maybe from shipping?) but PishPosh was quick to rectify the situation when I reached out. I am beyond satisfied with the level of care provided by PP. Additionally, I was very happy the same customer service specialist emailed/ called me and followed my case, because many larger companies do not provide continuity of care when dealing with a CS issue. Further, their rewards program is one of the best. I highly recommend PishPosh Baby.

    I have nothing but positive experiences with Pishposh baby. I ordered a stroller and it had a manufacturer defect. They contacted the manufacturer for me and I was sent a replacement part. It was so fast and they called me personally to make sure everything worked out.
