    Same experience as others- they flat out lie about their shipping times and when you question them on it they thank you for your patience. The quality is super poor and matches their support. it is is shame BBB or state attorney doest get involved

    WOW! I wish I saw this before ordering!!! I made a large order for my son for Christmas. Several emails later and 36 days from shipment date I finally received my order and the packaging was ripped open. If they ship from ** it should not have taken 36 days to get to southeastern **. Their customer service is horrible. Never again.

    Terrible experience!! My order took 31 days to receive, the items run extremely small and the quality is very poor. There customer service is horrible, and only communication is email there is no phone number.

    Ordered over $100 in items only to be missing some. I ordered back in November, it is now January and I have yet to receive my item or refund despite my numerous attempts in contacting customer service

    ***** this company at all costs. They tell you 2-5 business day delivery and its been nearly a month with no progress. The way they scam you is by creating a shipping label giving you false hope it is on the way but it just sits there with a waiting for activation for *** which means no package. If youre lucky it are already reading this chances are youve already been scammed. Its a shame companies like this exist. Eventually this will catch up to them and they will simply start a different scam company. You will find no information about ownership anywhere.

    TOTAL SCAM- doesnt deserve even 1 star First off, there is no contact number for this company. The only way to contact them is through email, which you have to wait a full day in order to get a response. *** requested a phone call, *** requested a contact number to speak with someone directly and they are not granting my simple request. I ordered a hooded sweatshirt and t shirt on December 15 for my son as a Christmas gift and it is now January 3rd and havent received this small order. A hooded sweatshirt and t- shirt should never take this long. In any case, I reached out to **** and gave the tracking number provided but they say that they received something saying that they will receive the package but have not received anything. They reached out to members of their team to double check if it was received and it has not. They recommend that I wait another week and call my bank to request a cancellation of the payment so that I can get refunded back the money. I understand that sometimes things happen and packages may get lost sometimes, Im a very patient person, but when a company is refusing to grant me a simple request of a phone call to speak with someone directly, it kind of feels like a scam. I will never order anything from this company ever again. I highly recommend that anyone thinking of ordering from this company, to NEVER order from them also.
