      Unfortunately, my image of Pool Town was tarred after many attempts to have them help with a pool that was not built by them. Finally, during Covid I installed new pavers and coping including liner. Pavers were done by others but, Pool Town had everything else including coping, railing, diving board etc. Well.. it was a NIGHTMARE to coordinate pool town with others. Pool Town removed and cut my old liner to only have it practically all collapse by the time they returned to install the liner. Having to reshape the bottom, many stones were left under the liner. I decided to not deal with installing a diving board or use the baby above ground pool railing that Pool Town insisted I needed. I am dealing with customer service that have no clue how to talk to customers and they only have word vomit when talking. There is no intelligence or common sense and no expertise to rely on. Not to mention the repeated times they do not call to provide a time of service and no show after taking a day from work. I'm done!zero stars deserved.

      Hi there, just wanted to share my recent experience with you. At first, I had some issues, but then ********* stepped in and really took charge. After that, everything fell into place smoothly. It was a seamless transaction, and I would definitely recommend this place to others. Special, thank you also to. ***** Assisting me on Other issues.

      Pool Town has been by far the easiest company I have ever worked with. I have not a single complaint about them or the way they handle the entire pool process. They created everything we could have wanted and more. My family will have endless memories enjoying our backyard oasis for years to come, Im so grateful! Thank you pool town!!!!

      Our Experience with pool town was nothing short of spectacular.From ***** in Sales to ********** in project management who manages everything and everyone. They built us an oasis to enjoy for many years to come. If you want a pool company that is not only professional and on top of things then look no further then Pool town.

      My experience with Pooltown has been excellent. *****, who handled the sales part, was honest and provided detailed information that set clear expectations. Thanks to him, there were no surprises.Pooltown managed all the permits, making the process easy and stress-free. There were no surprises, and the permit process took just two weeks.The entire project, from excavation to the final concrete work, was completed in seven weeks. The excavation went smoothly without any issues. The pool installation exceeded my expectations, with **** doing an outstanding job.The office staff was also great, promptly responding to all my questions. My main concern was the horror stories Id heard about delays and poor communication from other companies, but Pooltown was always responsive to my emails and calls. This is a very honest company, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

      This is hands down the worst pool company I have had to deal with. There is no communication until a payment is do and once received there is no communication. You have to leave voicemails and receive replies days or weeks later. Excel the warranty people all have attitudes when you call about issues with your pool. Pool did not come on for a week and when I get someone here they say it is an electrical problem when a certified electrician said it was a pool issues after 9 days of maintenance pool not running. They are all about sell if you dont have it figure out by the time they leave you are definitely on your own. I would not recommend these guys to new pool owners. ******

      I would highly recommend pool town for any pool installation services. They have made our dream a reality. They work effectively and efficiently. Their contractors are all amazing and do great work. From beginning to end they have had great communication answering any and all of our questions and addressing any concerns that we may have had. They completed the entire project in the timeframe that was promised. A special thanks to ********** who went above and beyond to make this an extremely smooth process. Thank you to ***** who gave us a thorough understanding of how the equipment works. **** and the office staff have been extremely helpful during the entire process. We are beyond happy with the final results. It is better than what we ever dreamed it could be. Thank you Pool Town.
