    The contract that I signed with the NSA Storage on September 12, 2025 indicated that the storage unit was at ** ***** ****, ******, New Jersey *****. The purpose of the storage was to place my items and furniture from ***** ****** ***** *****, ******, ***** *****. However, on October 1, 2025, at 8:00 21, when the movers arrived to deliver my moving items and furniture from ******, ***** *****, we were unable to access the unit because it was locked and nobody responded to my phone call at ###-###-#### for assistance with the problem. Hence, I had to arrange for the truck *****to take the truck to my daughter's house at *** **** ***** *****, ******, ** *****, to unload it on her premises.

    The next day, October 2, 2025, when I called the Storage Facility at ###-###-####, a woman named Angie indicated that the storage unit was located somewhere else. However, the contract specifically states that the storage space is located at ****, ** ***** ****, ******, ** ***** (see the attached page of the contract, which indicates the address of the storage space).

    I had already paid $174.49 deposit to NSA Storage and want the money refunded.
    This is an irresponsible and deceiving business attitude, considering I paid a significant amount for that delivery from *****.

    Hello and thank you for the opportunity to reply to this complaint.  This is NOT a customer of State-Wide Moving & Storage New Jersey.  We also do NOT service *****.  Please inform the complainant that this particular complaint was filed against the incorrect company.  We sincerely wish the complaint the very best of luck with the correct and responsible company.  Thank you.
