    They would not let me cancel my membership. Every time I called and visited, they said only the manager can cancel and she would call me back. I called over 15 times, emailed, and visited a few times. This was in the span of 2 months. Never received the call until I called 3 times a day. Manager finally called back yelling at me saying she would cancel it. She did not. I called again and the staff member told me to call my credit card to block the charge instead of cancelling. I kept calling until it was completely cancelled because that is unacceptable. There are multiple reviews online about the same thing and now my friend is dealing with the same chaos.
