    I tried to cancel my free trial due to how expensive the service would be. The chat bot offered a 2 month extension on the free trial. The bot said the extension date would be reflected on my account in a few days. I kept checking back and the extension date never changed. The original renewal date was nearing so I checked back in with the bot and it said it did not recognize I received the extension. The bot gave me the "2 month extension" again and said it should be reflected on my account in a few days. I checked in on the day my trial originally expired and it still was not showing the date extension. I checked in with the bot and it said "I can offer you the 2 month extension." I ended up canceling the trial fully. I did not trust that I would not be charged that day since it was my original trial end date. Felt like a scam.

    They are basically line cutters at the airport for some amount of money. They slow down traffic and add confusion at every airport they are in. And they add to the security risk. They need to be shut down.
