    I may multiple calls to David tow on Tues 15 and there was no answer, I arrived at the location and there was no one in the office which is all closed. I asked for the bill threw text but the owner said to ask the manger kelvys about the bill. the manager is the one who tow the car and refused to let me put the spare tire on the car before he tow it which caused damage to my 2021 nissan rim. I asked kelvys for the bill but he repeatedly said that he just worked there and did not control billing or have any authority to give me the bill. I gave proof of registration, insurance and divers license but still got no response about the bill. my mother the owner of the title called him Wednesday 16 to no answer. she texted him and owner asked for the insurance, registration and license again but still has not given us the bill or let us tow the car out which adds to their daily charges. this company has damaged my car and kept it for an extra two days because they refused to let us paid. they have no one in charge at the location. we are going to junk the car but not with this company. we want the car released and a bill of the charges. the worker kelvys is extremely rude and caused damage to the car. there are many reviews with similar experience but we didn't have a choice in tow truck due to the late night of the accident and the police called them and insisted that they had to take the car. my phone was not working at the time and I couldn't get a tow truck to our location also my sister had a concussion and was not feeling well so I wanted to leave quickly but I offered to paid for him to put on the spare tire or let me put on the spare tire. the kelvys was yelling how it would be fine that no need to do that, that the car is totalled even though the car moved. he was very rude and was exciting the crowd in bad form.

    Towing service
    While my car was being towed the truck damaged the underside of my car causing roughly 2,000 dollars worth of damage. I have emailed and called dozens times but the most I’ve ever gotten back is “my supervisor will contact you”.
