When filling in delivery info, the wrong address was put in the order.
I realized as soon as I clicked complete, realized there was no last minute edit options or cancel options so I grabbed order number and emailed the company within 3 minutes of clicking complete.
I did not hear back from the company for over a day, and they told me there was nothing they could do as it was being “processed”.
I was not looking for a refund just a way to cancel the delivery and have it sent to my correct address. I realize it was my error to put the wrong address but in today’s day and age there is software these companies have that can cancel an order already in transit.
I can’t ask for a refund through their company because I won’t have the item as it is being delivered somewhere else. I feel like I got scammed.Initial Complaint

- Made an order March 18th, paid in full.
- March 19th, received an email my order was shipped with a tracking number.
- Tracking number states label was created March 20th.
- Reached out via email March 28th. Patricia told me my order was in transit and gave me a random active tracking number for someone else's order. Then sent me an email telling me to disregard previous email, but my order should be on its way.
- March 31st - sent another email saying how unprofessional they were. They took the payment, so they must send me the order. Also, they make promises yet no follow through. I have not heard from a representative to explain, inform, or tell me how this will be corrected.
- Today, April 1st, i received an email saying my item was shipped...?
- No explanation, no apology, nothing.
For all I know they just gave another tracking number with no intention on actually fulfilling the order. I want my money back, but it seems customers are having that issue as well.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for product on November 22nd and my card was charged $56.31. The company states it will ship product in 3-7 business days. At this time my product still has not shipped and it has been 22 days. I have attempted to contact the company through their website 4 times as well as on instagram and ********. There is not a customer service phone number to call. In response to my email I continue to receive an automated response telling me my product as shipped (I even for an email asking me to review the product) although it has not. I have asked for a refund and get no response to that as well. I am asking for my product to be shipped or for my card to be refunded in full.Initial Complaint

Wonderskin states that they will accept returns only if the product is defective.
I looked up the law and it states that if the color is wrong, the product is defective, and they won't accept return. The law states that a wrong color is considered defective and a return should be accepted.
-they have no phone number to contact them, they have no return form, they just want me to return it with a letter. I have never used any company that has such a policy.Initial Complaint

I purchased products from this company on July 4th. I returned all products on via **** on Aug 2nd, and paid for the return shipping myself with tracking. I returned it to the address listed on their website for return and followed all return instructions. The return shipment was delivered to them on Aug 5th. On Aug 12th, I emailed them the tracking number and they acknowledged that they had received the return on Aug 5th. I gave them a month to sort it out and emailed them again on Sept 7th and Sept 12th to follow up, with no response from the company. I still have not been refunded and they are ignoring my emails regarding this issue.Initial Complaint

Bbb complaint wonderskin -Purchased items on 5/7/24 for $59.34 -Received an incomplete order on 5/15/24. Wrote to customer service and received a replacement for the missing item on 5/27/24.-Wrote to customer service regarding returning all the items on 6/1/24. -Followed all their instructions and made the return myself, including creating and paying for a shipping label with **** using tracking (unlike most companies who supply labels even if customer has to pay for return shipping).-My return was received at their facility on 6/13/24. -I sent proof of delivery and inquired about my refund on 6/29/24. I was told it would take 2-4 weeks to process the refund. -I still had no refund or response so I wrote asking for an update on 7/27/24 (more than 6 weeks from verified delivery) and notified I would dispute the original charge if there was no action taken. -The reply I received on 7/27/24 asked what I returned and I immediately replied on 7/27/24 verifying all the items were returned and again provided all the information for the items, order, and return tracking. -I still had no reply on 7/31/24 so I replied asking for an update; no response. -I still had no reply (and no refund) on 8/3/24 so I notified them I would dispute the original charge and file a BBB complaint since they were ignoring my emails and not upholding their end of the return and refund process. -As of the time of filing this complaint on 8/10/24 I still have no reply and no refund. I purchased products from this company that I did not like. It was a matter of about three days that I sent back the three items only one was open. They told me to send the items back and I would get my refund. It's been over a month and I wasted $47 on their products plus another six dollars for postage to send them back. They keep saying when they find my product they will refund me. I provided them with the tracking number and my post office told me that they did receive the items that I sent back on June 17. The **************** is like texting a robot. You get the same response every time. This company will willingly take back the items but will not pay you back/refund you. I ordered three lip glosses and received those items on May 10, 2024 with a total purchase price of $47.40. On May 15, 2024, I contacted the company requesting information on how to initiate a return, based upon their 30 day return policy. I tried two of the lip glosses for color and didnt care for either. And returned all three, one of which was never opened. I returned the items to *******. **************************** with a tracking number revealing the items were received by the company on May 29, 2024. I have had numerous email contacts with the company requesting my refund, but they indicate each time, they need to receive approval from their warehouse regarding the receipt and inspection of returned items to proceed with the refund process, and that the return process typically spans 24 weeks despite the fact, I point out each time that they have exceeded the 30 day return policy indicated in the purchase of their products. I need assistance in collecting my refund as they continue to put me off with the same response each time.
