    Be careful, they steal the things you leave inside the car in the workshop service area. I made a video, I have proof and they don't want to pay me what they stole because I uploaded a review on ****** Map on ******** Latino fixed operation director Parkway Toyota ************

    This is about their collision center. I have been waiting since last summer (summer 22) for a paint job on my car that is a recall. I have gone twice so that they can submit pictures of the damage on my vehicle. ***** who works there took the pictures both times. Today the day I am supposed to turn in my car I find out that my car will not be serviced today and that they do not know when the service will take place. I spoke to the manager, and he stated that because he is not the one working my case he does not have any information. You are the manager. You do not know what is going on in your business? The lack of ownership is unacceptable. You drag a person along for 9 months just to tell them the day of that you do not know when they will have their car serviced. This is a big problem for Toyota. If this cancer spreads throughout all of your departments say goodbye to your bottom line. What you are doing to your customers is unacceptable to say the least.

    Awful experience from the start, i was really hoping that the negative reviews online were wrong. I was hoping that maybe I could dodge the bullet of crappy dealership BS that maybe somehow I could get lucky and just quickly purchase the vehicle I wanted and be done. Instead I was mislead, strung along, and ignored. I Contacted this dealership on Monday to inquire about a vehicle. They said they had it and I could purchase it. After a lot of of BS run around I decided to contact ***, sales manager directly. He discussed pricing, we agreed on pricing and then he handed me off to his sales agent ****** who was very unresponsive and would only respond to me once a day by email and if I was lucky maybe once or twice by text message. Otherwise he ignored my emails and texts and most importantly my requests for the sales offer or purchase agreement which would have allowed ** to secure the purchase of the vehicle. Until on the third day, this morning, he finally emails me and to tell me "sorry you weren't fast enough we sold the car to someone else." Telling me that I need to be faster at communicating. When it was him that refused to respond to my email and text messages. What a coincidence that The vehicle was sold out from under ** after I challenged a discrepancy In their sales practice. I contacted the attorney general consumer affairs department and verified that this dealership should not be collecting registration fees or other associated document fees for vehicles being registered in ******.this dealership does not post sale prices or openly disclose their marketed adjusted value of the vehicle. they are completely outdated by not using the modern online purchase platforms of smart path or similar platforms that streamline and expedite the new vehicle purchase processes. Instead you rely on the salesmen to call, text, or email at their convenience.
