    I do not have any knowledge of this account with Leader's ******************************************* they failed to provide me with the original written contract with proof my signature for this account as required by law.

    On or about April 14, 2018, the complainant purchased a 2003 ****** Highlander from ************************ in **********, ***  Leaders Financial purchased the Retail Installment Sales Contract from the dealership.  The account went into default and has yet to be resolved.  Our documentation included proof that the complainant provided proof of automobile insurance at the time of funding.  On or about November 1, 2018, the complainant called Leaders Financial Company regarding his balance and did not deny that this account was his.  Leaders Financial Company is unaware of any documentation (police report, affidavit of forgery, etc.) disputing that this account belongs to him.

    I am writing to address the distressing discovery that you have been sharing my nonpublic information with credit bureaus, resulting in inaccurate reporting on my credit profile. This violates my privacy rights under 15 USC 1681 section 602 and 15 USC 1681 Section 604 A Section 2, which mandates written consent for such actions.Your inaccurate reporting, including incorrectly labeling timely payments as late, has caused significant financial and emotional distress. I demand immediate corrective action and cessation of unauthorized information sharing. I also seek compensation for damages incurred.Please rectify this matter promptly. My account number is *****

    We believe that the complainant's account is being reported accurately to the credit bureaus.  We will, however, as a courtesy, request that ******** and Equifax delete the reporting from her profile.  Leaders Financial Company does not, and has never, reported to TransUnion.

    MARCH 2022 MY SON PURCHASED A JEEP LIBERTY FROM ***'S USED *** SALES 2 DAYS LATER THE *** STARTED MAKING LOUD NOISES TOOK IT TO THE **** REPAIR SOMETHING WRONG WITH WIRING IT WAS TAPED UP, THE CONVERTIBLE ROOF WAS BROKEN THE COMPRESSOR WAS FAILING. SO YES LEADERS FINANCIAL FINANCES LEMON ***S WITH A VERY HIGH INTREST RATE.WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I CAUTION FUTURE BUYERS NOT TO BUY FROM ***** OR USE LEADERS FINANCIAL THIS IS TRULY A BUYER BEWARE SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The complainant purchased a used 2009 Jeep Liberty with ******* miles from a used car retailer in September 2021.  The retailer included a 3 month limited warranty in the purchase.  On October 12, 2021, she made us aware by telephone of a transmission issue.  Leaders Financial Company spoke with the selling dealer on October 14, 2021 and was told that he was willing to have his mechanic look at the vehicle.  A message was left for the complainant that same day.  Leaders has had no communication from the complainant since that day.

    Leaders Financial Company was not made aware of any issue with the convertible roof or the compressor until now.

    Leaders Financial Company purchases retail installment contracts from licensed automobile dealerships and has no interest or stake in any dealership.
