      ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I had 3 running toilets & told them the make/model of each one. Junior plumber showed up (without senior mentor) and he was clueless as to what to do. Just took photos of the toilets and the water shut off valve (didn't he know what it was - had to phone back to the office for instructions?). He didn't have parts on the truck (which had no company name on it). He didn't know what to do if it didn't involve the cell phone. Instead gave me an estimate for 3 new toilets ($4K - $5K). Got charged $160 for this incompetence (check cleared 9:00 the next morning)! If you don't want to do this type of repair job then decline when customer is making the appointment. Called another plumber (********** based). Came the next day. Didn't know brand of toilets. In 30 minutes, he fixed all 3 items (amazing he had the parts of the truck without knowing the toilet brand) - AMAZING!! I will never use these people again and will never recommend them to anyone because I'll make it a point to share my lousy experience with this company.

      They installed a ****** furnace in my home one year ago. The furnace is leaking inside and has rusted the components. This complaint was met by silence from them.
