Recently, I was facing a difficult task--selling my mother's home to pay for her care in assisted living. I didn't have the time or ability to spruce up her home and list it with a realtor. I had an offer from an interested neighbor, and I also called around to companies that buy and flip homes. There were a lot of shady companies out there, but the moment I saw the Halo website and all the great reviews, I had a feeling this was the one. After speaking with *** and meeting up at the house, I received a fantastic offer. From the first phone call with ***, he has been nothing but wonderful. He was flexible with everything, including the closing date. For something that was awful to deal with, *** made the whole process simple, straightforward, transparent, and easy. If you want to do an as-is sale at a fair price, look no further than Halo Homebuyers. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I cannot recommend Halo homebuyers enough. Having both my parents pass weeks apart and living out of state I felt overwhelmed. How could I unload there home and get it ready for sale. I did some research and found Halo. *** was very prompt at getting back with me and had **** out in a couple days. I was given a fair offer for a quick sale. I was back home in ******* in about a month. *** has a big heart and really cares about the people he buys a home from. It was a pleasure to deal with ****, he always kept me updated every step of the way. I wish they also had a business in ******* so I could recommend them to all my friends!Halo Homebuyers

We had the pleasure of working with ******** and Halo the past few months. We purchased a home this company renovated in the beginning of the year. The house was beautiful. We did encounter an issue with the roof a few days after closing. But since we closed, we knew it was not their responsibility to address it anymore. However, In good faith, we reached out to ******** and told him the issue. ******** was easy to speak with and he quickly took on the responsibility of fixing our problem. He did not have to at all but he did it anyway. He was honest with us and ensured our issue was fixed. He even got his crew to come out and fix our drywall issue at no cost to us. He took care of everything. We are grateful for Halo. It is true when **** says they provide honest solutions that fit their clients exact needs and situations. Our situation is a prime example. It is rare to find a local, Christian based business these days. We are blessed to live in a home his company renovated as we know we can trust the work that was done. His model is centered on providing high level service that left us feeling like we were treated fairly with compassion. Highly recommend!Halo Homebuyers

5 starsI was the executrix for my cousin's estate which included her home in *************, **. I received dozens of offers to buy or sell the house. Halo's brochure spoke to me. The fact that they claimed to be a ********* based business helped me feel I could trust them, however, it was important to me to also get the best price for the beneficiaries of the estate. I spoke with *** and explained my feelings and thoughts. I found him to be pleasant, sincere, understanding and trustworthy. Halo did provide the highest quote of the many I received, and I was very happy to accept their offer. From start to closing, everything went so smoothly. They went above and beyond to take care of anything that came up, answered my questions and kept the line of communication open. In all honesty, I can highly recommend Halo Homebuyers if you are looking to sell your property. Read the "values" section of their business website.
