I had a car accident on 4/12. I was driving on highway and a truck hit my driver side mirror. He tried to escape and I chased him and beeped him for two exits and finally we stopped on the side and I called the police. I got the police report and the reported stated that other party's driver failed to pay attention to other cars and surroundings. I filed the car claim against the insurance policy which I got from the police report. They rejected my claim stating that we told a different story and they could not decide who was wrong. Please help me to resolve this issue and also let me know other ways to appeal this.Business response

Thank you for your inquiry about this third-party claims-related complaint you forwarded on June 22, 2021.
Our goal is to promptly investigate the facts and circumstances of third-party claims against our policyholders and appropriately determine coverage per the terms, conditions, and exclusions of our policies.
After receiving this complaint, we reopened our claims investigation. We spoke with the police officer who responded to the accident. Based on the additional details we learned, we have confirmed coverage for the damages to Ms. ******s vehicle. Our adjuster has contacted Ms. ***** to confirm we will be covering the damages to the driver’s side mirror and get additional information about repair estimates.
