    My husband had arranged massages and a facial for us as a Valentine's Day treat at this establishment. Despite my anticipation, the morning of our appointment, I woke up with a highly contagious rash, which made it impossible for me to attend.

    Upon contacting the facility to reschedule, I encountered a concerning lack of understanding and empathy from the manager. Despite explaining my situation and the risk of spreading the contagion, I was met with resistance and insistence that I still attend from the manger of all persons. It was disheartening to feel dismissed and unheard, to be the customer and being the one having explain to the manger who told me to still come in with the rash and that they clean the equipments even though I would be using the springs and all that left me in complete shock I would have thought she would be more concerned than me as of course it is a health hazard.

    After repeated attempts to convey the urgency of rescheduling and ensuring the safety of both staff and other patrons, I was eventually granted permission to reschedule, with the understanding that I would not incur any charges. However, I was dismayed to discover that my card had been charged nonetheless.

    Subsequently, when I visited the facility to address the billing discrepancy and express my dissatisfaction, I was met with further disrespect and ridicule from the staff. This unprofessional behavior only exacerbated an already unpleasant situation.

    My experience at the establishment was deeply disappointing and concerning. The lack of consideration for my health, coupled with poor management and disrespectful treatment from staff.

    They had me banned from the casino they are located inside because I wanted a refund.
