    10/27/2022 - Paid $1,997.
    I signed up to your 'Cashflow is King' program specializing in section 8 on Friday 27th at 5:05pm EST.I spoke an agent by the name of Ramzi. In order to make the sale with me he made false statements about what was offered in your program. I asked specific questions knowing my own financial situation and what I was willing to invest in this program relating to total cash investment required from your 'private lenders' including closing costs and minimum credit score. Ramzi advised me that because your private lenders are aware of the section 8 program and how profitable they are, credit score is not relevant to them. He also advised that the total investment I would need to make per property is $2,500-$5,000 maximum. I asked if this included all closing costs and he said yes. The only private lender they have access to is 'HIS CAPITAL FUNDING'. This private lender requires 25% down plus closing costs and a minimum of 680 credit score.
    I confronted them on this but they only responded with did you try private seller finance. I already knew about seller financing and didn't need to pay $1,997 for this info. I only agreed to join to access their private lender information due to the highly favorable terms. Ramzey also advised if I was denied financing through their private lender I would be refunded. Not true. They lied to me and I want my money refunded. I requested refund on the second day after purchasing, as soon as I realized they hadnt been truthful about what they promised I would receive with this service.
