  After 4 years of being with this company. They did not sell my time share. They offered me a property maintenance fee program which would have cost me more money than giving it back to the resort. I paid 300$ to get out of my contract . I think it proper that since i paid $2000 for SMTN to sell my timeshare that they pay me $300. They still profit $1700.*****

  My wife and I purchased two one week Timeshares from Sell My Timeshare Now. We absolutely could not have been more happy with the professional service that we received from Jennifer. She made the process painless and trouble free. Jennifer did everything she said and it was always done when she said it would be. Jennifer was always very reachable be phone and she always called us back in a very timely manner. I highly recommend her and I would use her again without question. This is a genuine review from two very satisfied customers that used Sell My Timeshare Now to make a Timeshare purchase that we are so excited about.

  I made a mistake when I decided to use this company to help me sell my timeshare. They readily and happily accepted my money but then they failed to fulfill their job. They are supposed to be the advertising expert but yet I had to do all the work. I had to provide the photos and the information for the ad. When I finally saw the advertisement for my timeshare, I could not have been more disappointed. The quality was extremely poor. I noticed slick glossy ads from them on various social media platforms when they want to advertise their own services but no time or effort was put into my ad; the one I paid $1500 for. It was pitiful and certainly not likely to draw any attention. Needless to say, they were completely unsuccessful in selling my timeshare. I was able to deed it back to the resort for $100. Do not waste your time or money with this scam of a company that should be titled Sell Your Timeshare Never!

  You owe it to yourself to read this post. Please have a quick review of the complaints tab - It breaks my heart to see these time share owners (gratefully not myself) who fall prey to SMTN - Terrible - take a moment to click the link above and read it for yourself - Buyer reviews of course will be fine - Flip that to the sell side - The actions on the part of SMTN are EGREGIOUS - truly - They require an upfront payment and once you commit, they are very elusive, and hard to contact. They do NOT respond to email (when one lists Qs for written responses) - VERY FRUSTRATING!!! PLEASE, please do NOT drop $s on SMTN - there is a reason why they are not BBB accredited. Caveat Emptor.

  My husband and I purchased a timeshare week in NMB, SC as posted on SMTN website. We were extremely pleased with the entire process. SMTN was easy to communicate with, kept us informed and sent our deed in the timeframe promised. I would definitely purchase from them again if our need arises.

  My wife and I recently purchased two (1-week) time shares via Sell My Timeshare Now (SMTN). The cost and fees were broken down and explained up front. We paid exactly what they provided us, nothing more! The transaction was very smooth/flawless! When we're ready for another one, we'll be using SMTN!!

  We were in the market for another timeshare, and I found a few we were interested in on Sell My Time Share Now and reached out. We started working with **** ****** back in September 2024 and he was excellent. He was very helpful, and we didn't feel pressured to make a purchase at all. After we settled on what resort we really wanted we found the perfect one. It was the week we wanted, every other year, and a unit that was great. After back and forth the seller agreed and everything was set, and we paid for it in full. Then the other owner wasn't happy with the deal and wouldn't agree to it. **** worked with them, but an agreement couldn't be agreed upon. So, everything was canceled, and all the funds were returned to us. A couple of months later the same unit was still on the site and the price was lower than before. I reached out to **** again and the deal was made and finalized. They were really quick at getting us all the paperwork and we sent the paperwork in as soon as we got it so we could get the closing credit, but our paperwork was lost in the mail, so it was sent again a week later. After a little back and forth and working with the closing company and SMTN with all the timing they agreed to send us the closing credit since the paperwork was lost and missed the 5-day deadline. I learned a valuable ****** to make sure to send time sensitive stuff with tracking. Thankfully the closing company was sympathetic to what happened. It took a bit at the start working with the sellers but after the 2nd agreement it went really quickly, and everything was finalized less than 6 months. I would definitely use SMTN again for another timeshare. I just now need to convince my husband ?? Thank you SMTN and **** for all your hard work.

  I am very pleased with Sell My Timeshare Now. They provide professional and friendly customer service without any pressure tactics. I especially found their Maintenance Fee Protection Program to be well worth the investment, and received my reimbursement check quickly and as promised. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their timeshare.
