    After email communication with “sell my timeshare now” we made an agreement to sell my timeshare for an agreed price, they required me to send $2500.00 usd to an indivual , which was done. They stated that they would transfer the funds within a month, then the salesperson wanted me to loan him money to pay some fees, this happened numerous times, I refused. I was then told that I would have to pay $3000.00 usd to some law firm that was not mentioned in our agreement or my monies would nor be transferred. I told them that this was not part of our contract and would not pay it. They then claim there is $500.00 late fee, and now they have another $4500 they say i have to pay. I told them to read the contract that we agreed to, and reminded them that these fees were not in our agreement, and that i was only prepared to pay what we agreed to in our written agreement. They admitted that these fees we not in our agreement and that if I just paid them that they would guarantee in writing that they would return my monies. I refused to pay anything that was not in our agreement. I have all the emails as explained in this letter and will scan them and send them if required. Either complete the agreement or return my $2500.00 usd as they have acted immorally and in bad faith, also in breach of our written agreement. I also would like any person that comes in contact with this company be aware of their sleezy and unethical conduct.

    BBB, To whom it may concern, On March 30 2022 I decided to call Sellmytimesharenow. I spoke with a friendly person and believed would help me sell my time shear. Spending $2,113.94 he assured me that my time shear will sell with the expertise that “Sell My Time Shear Now” has, but now going into 6 month and with decrease in price by $500.00 as they told me to do so it sells faster. The decrease in price started on June 8 2022, and still nothing!! Nothing at all not even one call or even an offer. It’s disappointing to see how many customers this happened to. Every review I read, I can’t get over how the sweet talking gentleman took my money and made feel disillusion with all he said. I keep receiving emails concerning adjusting my price again and refresh my AD. I HAVE CALLED TIME AFTER TIME TO RECEIVE SOME ASSISTANCE AND IF ANYONE WOULD ANSWER MY ALL OR WVEN CALL ME BACK, THE ONLY THING I GET IS SOMEONE SAYING, WE NEED TIME!! so for 2,113.94 that’s all I get or ever got.. This is unexcitable for a company advising me that this will sell, but it hasn’t. They even made a comment that due to COVID it seems to be difficult. I am done blaming everything on covid then before my money was taken!! NO comment at all was made to consider COVID. What did I pay for? I’m at the point of being disappointed and feeling cheating out of my money when all they did is place it on their website “Sell My Time Shear Now”. I’m in dismay to read all these customers that have been with this company longer then I have. It is disturbing to see this happen not just to me but others. “Sell My Time Shear Now” Please help and make people aware that this company is a SCAM

    Approximately 11 months ago I contacted SMTN to assist us in selling our Marriott Timeshare. We paid $3999.00 up front. The contact person was KEITH S*****. They placed an add on their website .We did not hear from the company for a while .We enquired on several occasions as to the progress of this task. When we finally reached them they indicated that they would forward any offers from the advertisement. Several months later they called and said they could put us in touch with a company that could sell our timeshare. This company WORLD WIDE PROPERTY TRANSFER Charged us $3000.00 to sell the timeshare . They in turn had us work with TIMESHARE CLOSING SERVICES LLC. WE believe this company is a scam to obtain money without doing what they promised. Therefore we request a refund of $3999.00. Thank You ****** *****

    I filed a complaint back in the summer (case # ********).The response from the business was if my timeshare was sold by someone else they would look at refunding my total cost to me after the unit closed. I submitted the closing documents, and they will not refund my money staing that the company that sold it is associated with SMTN. I was not made aware that the closing company ( Timeshare closing services LLC) is associated with SMTN. I am requesting a full refund . ****** *****

    On November 8, 2019, I paid $1798 to SellMyTimeshare.com to sell my timeshare. They expressed a 4-6 month timeframe to sell my timeshare at $12,000. It is now almost 2.5 years later and after 3 price cuts to $8,000, I sold it to a friend whom I know in person at $9,000. When I signed up, I was told that if I sold my timeshare off their site at or above the price they had listed, I can get my money back. Because I knew the buyer in person instead of online, they refuse to give my money back. I would like my money back.

We are committed to honoring all terms that are outlined in our Subscription Agreement; however, this particular transaction does not qualify within those terms based on the information we have received. As we explained to Mr. ********* when he initially reached out to us prior to submitting this complaint, the guarantee he is referring to only applies to transactions made on other online platforms, not to private sales. Had Mr. ********* sold his timeshare for more that it was listed on our marketplace using another online platform, as the guarantee in our Subscription Agreement states, he would qualify and we would be happy to refund him accordingly.

    I reached out to this company to sell a timeshare for me and, all they did was add it to a huge list of timeshares for sale. I paid 2598.00 on November 8 2021 for them to sell it and, they have done nothing but leave it listed and tell me to drop the asking price which I did. I could have just placed an add for free and not been out of my $2500.00! They have done absolutely nothing to help sell the unit..

    I contacted SellMyTimeshareNow (SMTN.com) and was assured that they would be able to sell my timeshare. I paid approximately $2500 on 9/11/2020. I have given them a year and even reduced the price of the the sale and have had no movement. No One has contacted me this year (2022) to provide any update or solution. I believe this is a fraudulant company that preys on consumers in need. I contacted them out of desparation because I had lost my job due to covid and was assured they had huge success selling timeshares. This is not the case and now I am hoping BBB can assist me with settling this account with them and prevent them from scamming others in the future.

    As per contract if my timeshare is to be sold by another party company must return initial payment. I was unable to receive any response from them in several months after my timeshare was sold by someone else. They also did not remove my timeshare unit advertisements from their sites even after several messages

    As you can see by all my notes, this company does not do what you pay ($1,798) they don't proof read as they say even when they say they are doing it on the phone. Very bad company to work with.

    SellMyTimeshareNow regrets that Ms. ******** was not fully satisfied with the service that she received when marketing with our company. SMTN was in communication with Ms. ******** over several months and made corrections to the advertisements as requested. Additionally, in March of 2022, SMTN had significant discussions with Ms. ******** to address any remaining concerns. During these conversations she agreed that the things SMTN did were sufficient. However since filing this additional complaint, Ms. ******** has not returned calls or emails to determine what else is needed. We encourage Ms. ******** to contact our Customer Care manager if she would like to discuss her account in greater detail or has additional information she wishes to share.

    l am writing to file a complaint against Sell My Timeshare Now, of **** ********* ******* ******* ** *****.
    In June 2021 spoke to Stanley A******** at that business. Mr. A******** assured me that selling my timeshare points would be quick and easy, as the pandemic was easing and his company was selling timeshares at a high volume. A year later, and Sell My Timeshare Now has not contacted me even once, despite my timeshare being much more flexible to use than most (owners are able to book a large number of resorts at any time of the year) and the use is perpetual.
    I am aware that there is no guarantee that people will buy from this company, but was assured by Mr. A******** that my timeshare would be especially desirable and easy to sell.
    I paid the company thousands of dollars for zero return and am wondering if his business is even legitimate, or have I been scammed?

    We paid $2500 to SellMyTimeshareNOW on November 8, 2021 to advertise and sell our timeshare. For 8 months no communication has been received unless initiated by us to get an update on the sale of the timeshare. While I understand there are no guarantees when selling this unit, we paid upfront for a service and have received absolutely nothing other than an add on a website which I could do the same without having to pay $2,500.00
