5 starsAdvanced pump and filters are true professionals from the top down. Recently I learned about elevated levels of PFAS in my water. They quickly informed me of all my options and provided me with the information for each option. Once I made my selection the new system was installed quickly and very efficiently. I have used them for water testing and now several full home systems and I have been nothing but impressed. Excellent company!

5 starsI moved to Rochester, NH, in 2004 and into a new home the following year. About a year after that, we noticed a pink tint in our laundry that i assumed was iron in the well water. A friend at the office recommended Advance Pump and Filter (APF). APF came out and assessed the situation and installed a residential well water filtration system. Over the years, as the mineral content of our well water has changed, the APF has always come out promptly when we called and delivered expert service. Recently the state of NH raised the bar on acceptable levels of arsenic and our water was barely within previous acceptable levels and now out of bounds. APF assessed the situation, proposed a solution and installed an arsenic mitigation system within a week. Great expert service and good people to deal with. I highly recommend them to meet your residential well water filtration needs.Advance Pump and Filter Co., Inc.

5 starsExcellent customer service and installation of a new well pressure tank and cartridge filters. From the initial consultation with Rob, great communication with Sarah and Cathy in the office, quick scheduling of the appointment for the install, and the exceptional installation of a new pressure tank and additional cartridge filters by Jake and Matt - we had a great experience with Advance Pump & Filter. 5 starsQuick response to our emergency call on a a Sunday. Unfortunately the job required a second person, which necessitated waiting until Monday. They were here first thing in the morning, communicated throughout the entire process, were kind and courteous, and did excellent work. Highly recommend!Advance Pump and Filter Co., Inc.

5 stars"We have no water." was what we discovered last Friday morning. Pretty scary and we were full of uncertainty. After a call to a wrong number, the person on the other end listened to our issue and said, " You need to call Advance Pump and Filter." Billy showed up at 11am and had our problem diagnosed within 30 min. By 2:30p Billy and Emily had neatly and efficiently replaced our water tank, well pump, and all the wires. They were excellent at explaining what we needed and why and gave us estimates along the way. We were so amazed our problem was repaired so quickly. 5 starsIve had stinky sulphur-smelling water from the time I bought my house 3.5 years ago and it took me this long to finally do something about it.I finally did something about it and was referred to Advanced Pump and Filter Co. They came out, ran my water through the test wickets & recommended a system to get rid of the smell. Soup to nuts from consulting & tests to them coming out and fixing the smell was about 2 weeks.I-couldnt-be-happier. Not only what they proposed was the silver bullet, the price was reasonable m, AND now my laundry room and the hallway beside it doesnt smell like a baseball team went through after a feast of beans whenever we run a load of wash. Same with the showers & hot water in general.You cant go wrong with Advanced Pump and Filter Co. Highly recommend.Advance Pump and Filter Co., Inc.

5 starsAdvance Pump & Filter did a great job last year replacing our pump and tank, and then flushed the system to eliminate a sulfurous odor. Last week they did an annual tune up and changed some filters for us. They even came out to follow up when I had a problem doing my piece of a filter change. Professional and personable!
