      By contract, St Onge was to have restored top soil and seed for new grass "right after the snow goes" where they installed a new septic system in January 2023. No one showed up or contacted us as of the end of March 2023. In a call to their office, we were referred to their landscaper, also listed in BBB, ***** ********. A total of 5 voice messages have been left for ********, three to the St Onge office asking for a return call, and one to a brother who runs the pumping side of the business, Roger. Roger did response last week and said that he would speak with his brothers to call us and set up things -- immediately. As of today, there have been no return calls from St Onge (other than Roger) or ********. The lawn is a mess, when it rains earth and whats left of top soil erodes and when dry blows around. Septic tank access points have been buried. Rivulets have been cut into various sections of the lawn and the whole lawn will require regrading, access points cleared, fertilizer and grass seeding done. We paid St Onge $13.5K promptly and it seems disingenuous to make promises and contracts and not have the courtesy to return calls at least. We want the work that we paid for and are entitled to done. They have copies of the contracts, so we are not attaching, but are attaching photos of the area that is to be restored; these shots are in a dry state and the driveway have been broom cleaned.

      Kourtney the Administrative Assistant at St. Onge Septic reached out to ***** ******** *********** on Monday 6/19/23 to find out the hydroseeding had been done at ** ****** ***** on Monday 6/12/23. After learning that the job had been done, Kourtney reached out to the home-owner ****** ********. Mr. ******** verified that the job had been done and the employee of ***** ******** *********** went over hydro-seed after care with him. During my conversation with Mr. ******** today he was satisfied with the work that has been done but will keep an eye on the lawn as the seeding takes. He agreed to contact the office with any issues that may arise with the hydroseeding.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      It is important to note that that when I spoke with Kortney, I stated that the hydro seeding was done, however, it will take 4-6 weeks before a determination is made that the amount of seeding was sufficient to cover the area appropriately.  As the business' response noted, I will contact them and not the landscaper if there are further issues.
