    Business Response

    Date: 05/16/2024

In Response to complaint, complaintive has done everything in her power  from before start date after signing contract to sabotage productivity , with constant complaints backed up by ******* videos and ****** searches. the worst work environment i ever had to mentally Indore. that being said ,the concrete was approved by building inspector, the deck frame and 2x6 framing of both decks were approved by building inspector. the installed  decking its self was approved by complaintive and was discussed several times to use the camo product for decking prior to signing contract. both inspections passed building codes .the end inspection did not and had a few changes in stairs and re enforcing some post. i was long gone and both decks were complete at this point. complaintive pulled her own permits long before she ever hired me she is reasonable for final punch list, I will not work on her property ever again.

from beginning to end she had daily changes after the fact and verbal abusive complaints daily,  1st i tried to meet all needs, and cost my self a lot of time, and material. i could never meet her satisfaction.

on April 1st their was a situation, different from other verbal events.  were i suggested to refund rest of money being held and end contract ,she said no. finish the decks. so i finished the decks about the 16th of April two weeks late, that put other client two weeks behind.

most of complaints she has ,pls refer to last paragraph of signed contract. and past inspection from building inspector which both items she did not provide in upload section. I have a work journal that her building inspector encouraged me to ****** with all changes and arguments. i also have used another successfull contractor weekly and daily council; on all matters of complaintive as job progressed to insure i was being professional.

a complete refund is unthinkable she has a beautiful decks ,she is a difficult person who has proven to be angling for a free  or discounted exspearance threw whole project.

refer all complaints to her signed contract.

You need to look at all the pictures I took of why I had to go to the builder inspector several time because Willards Everyday Builders was not building it to code. I've had several contractors do different work around my property and I've never had a problem like I did with this company. On the next to last inspection the inspector told him that he would pass him and that it was a rough pass  inspection to fix some things and there would be a final inspection would be with the decking, stairs and the handrails. He did not fix what he told to by the inspector. He did not pass the final inspection. He ruined my Trexs he didn't put all the screws in all the way in the Trexs either. He even cut the siding on my house which I just had installed two years ago. For someone that was to be in the business for 30 years you would think they would know how to measure and to use a level. I've had a few contractors look at the job and they can't believe how bad of a job he did. It looks ok from a distance yeah but it looks bad when you come and actually look at the job.

I do not agree with his response. If you contact the builder inspector, which I enclosed with the documents. He did not comply to all building codes. I have a  lot of photos showing how he was not building it to code and the builder inspector had to tell him about measurements, and that the post for the handrails could not be notched. He took so long on the job because of all of the mistakes he kept doing. I never changed my mind on how I wanted it done from the start. Anything can look good from a distance but it you actually come and look at it you can see all of his mistakes it's more than a punch list. I would not have him on my property again. He is very unprofessional. They are brackets on the back landing that does not even have nails in it. That's a safety hazard. He never did pass the final inspection.
