            I ordered a personalized 2 liter barrel from this company for my brother's birthday on May 12th. The product was never delivered. I called the customer service number for this company and they directed me to file a claim with UPS because it was supposed to have been delivered. After putting in the claim with UPS I waited two weeks and called It's thoughtful to follow up. The person who answered the phone told me that they could not get any information from UPS because I was the one who put in claim. I called UPS and was told this was not true. I was told that It's Thoughtful was the only one that could get information on the claim since they were the original senders. I told them that I now wanted a refund because I was not getting credible information. The person that I was speaking to told me that he was putting the refund in. It is now over a month later and I still have not received the refund or the merchandise. When I called again to follow up I was told to follow up with CC co.

            Ordered a product from this place and first it was supposed to have been lost by UPS. I was told by the person who answered the phone at this company that they could not find out any information from UPS because I had already put a claim in . The district manager at UPS told me this was not true at all. The sender (It's Thoughtful.com) would actually have to be the ones to get the information and follow up on the claim. I called you and requested a refund. I was told that the refund was released even though I never received the money back on my card. The person at this company told me there is nothing they could do, and that I would have to take it up with my credit card company. There is something very shady going on with this company, and I do not believe this is an actual legitimate company. I believe this is one person trying to work from their home and are claiming it is an actual company. Every time I call I get the same person on the phone and I have yet to see the product I ordered or my money returned. I was originally going to order more products from here, but after this experience I would never throw my money away by sending it here again, and I would recommend others to avoid you as well. If I were able to give less than one star and still get my point across about this shady company I would.

            Dear ******, We're sorry that you feel this way. Your personalized order was placed on May 12th and was shipped on May 17th which was very much within the timeline (5-7 business days) mentioned on our website for personalized orders. We emailed you the UPS tracking number as soon as the order was shipped. The UPS tracking number shows the correct address and shows that the order was delivered. We're sorry that you didn't the find the package. Since you didn't find the package, we proceeded to open a claim with UPS but they mentioned that you had already opened a claim with them. We didn't wait for the result of the claim and proceeded to refund your order as you asked. It does take a while for the refund to show up in your bank but as we assured you that your refund was fully processed from our side and we couldn't do much for it to show up in your account any sooner. We're sure you've received your refund and you can double check with your bank to confirm the date we refunded your order which should match the date on the refund confirmation email that we sent to you. Our customer service is our highest priority and we hope you understand that we did everything we could to help you. If there is anything else we can do, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you.
