  David was professional without being cold. Friendly without being familiar. He reviewed items with me in a clear and concise manner such that I understood the issue completely. I had complete confidence in his inspection to communicate all issues to a potential buyer. The buyers did not request a home inspection of their own.

  Inspector was not on time and then a 3-4 hr inspection window was completed in an 1 hour. We don't have the greatest confidence in the inspection that was done

  I am very pleased with this business. From start to finish they were helpful and took the time to explain things we didn't understand. The explanations at the walk through after the inspection as well as the photos and explanations in the report really helped us know what we needed to focus our attention on first. I will use them again as well as telling all who ask to use them.

  Very impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism of Bret, our home inspector. The report was concise and easy to read and everything was explained to me thoroughly. Bret even came out earlier in the week to inspect the roof because snow was forecast the day before the inspection. He easily could have said it couldn’t be inspected because of snow, but instead, he made an extra trip earlier in the week. Top notch all the way around!
