    Told me one thing when I signed up and something else when I needed an additional application. Charged me about $160.00 to cancel my contract and didn't offer to help me make an exception. We live out of state and only come to Lincoln once a month for 4-5 days. Customer service was bad. I did cancel and pay the fee to get away from them. Didn't seem to care that needed them to work with me in understanding our agreement. Will never use them again.

    We did respond to Mr. ******* google review, asking him to give our management a call to figure out this matter. We have not heard from him yet, but hopefully will be able to fix this.
