It was a difficult time for me with severe health problems. Their patients and concerns were greatly appreciated. They both deserve not only a five-star rating but also a 10. 1 starThey do nothing but piss me off. I contacted them to get my house sold fast without a realtor but that was a mistake. It was nothing but a waste of time. They told me an offer over the phone and I agreed with it, signed the paperwork just for them to come take a look at the house and change their mind. So the contract was broken and obviously I didn’t sell the property to them. Shortly after, I sold the property to someone else. Then a few months later, they call and say they are interested again. Now to this day as it’s been almost a year, I keep getting phone calls constantly by them that they are interested in the property. I’ve told them numerous times that I no longer own the property and to take my name and number off their list. But I keep getting phone calls time and time again by DIFFERENT phone numbers. So blocking one does no good. Whatever you do, don’t contact this company as they will just continue to pester you time and time again. Idk what kind of business they run here having several different phone numbers contact me. It’s literally been a WASTE of time from the start and still is. Wish I never contacted them. I’m literally going to change my phone number just because of them.Review fromJess K

1 starThey were supposed to help my mom get her house out of foreclosure, but instead it went to auction anyway. We called them the beginning of April 2024 with an auction date set for a month later and they spent that month giving her the run around. Heather was supposed to call a couple days after someone came to check out the house to talk details, but she never did. When she finally did speak to her, she expected the house to be moved out of in a few days even though they paid her nothing. She was told she had to sign this or that also, went back and forth with the mortgage company several times to get the buyout number for the second time, and kept trying to put pressure on her to get everything done before the auction date. After all that, one of the girls we worked with Bailee finally admitted they didn't have a buyer the day before the auction. She could've went elsewhere, but she already locked herself into their generic and sketchy contract sadly. There wasn't even enough time to sell with a real estate agent at that point after wasting time with these people. They didn't even properly communicate with each other to be on the same page with us. Unfortunately, she ended up with more money than what they were offering, but it came with a foreclosure. We talked to someone else who knows all about them, they are wholesalers that don't have the funds to buy houses as they say they do!! Don't trust these crooks!!!!Review fromR J J

1 starWorst company to work with ever! They told me complete lies to get me to go forward with them. They can't be trusted. Go with a realtor, it will save you a lot of time and energy and you will get out of your house what it's worth. No communication and worst team I have ever encountered. I have never had more stress or frustration in my life. They take complete advantage of you and will not care. They also will leave your name on the loan, refuse to refinance the home and try to get all your financial info so that they say they will make payments...which is illegal by the way. They never made any of those payments on time which in turn ruined my credit...such a scam and rip off. Do yourself a favor and please choose a realtor!! Biggest mistake of my life!Review fromBob n
