      Had an issue with my heat, had to wait for two weeks to have the part come in, which I was OK with as when they left, the heat was working ( over $2,500). Unbeknownst to me at the time, they flipped (accidentally, I assume) the breaker to my septic. This caused issues where I had to call another contractor to check on that issue. Thats when we found the root cause was due to Landens negligence. I contacted them to try and receive a reimbursement (full or partial)of that fee ($150), which they refused. I then cancelled my annual inspection which was already paid for. They refused to refund that as well. Extremely disappointed is an understatement.

      Can you give more than 5 stars? Landen's responses, communication and professionalism are top notch. Most recently, I had another company go out to diagnose a system that company installed back a few months ago because the thermostat wasn't working. After dropping the ball on two occasions, and then quoting me close to $1000 to run a new wire, I decided to call Landen. REMOVEDwas quickly dispatched and within a half hour of arriving, had found the problem and had a fix in place! Holy Cow! Nowhere near the cost or ordeal that the other company was painting. That company was either REMOVEDOR they're crooks! Either way, never again. Learn from my experience...call the folks over at Landen and be done. Whatever you've got going on with your HVAC.
