      Back at the start of August my wife ordered me a sweatshirt from the store of ********************************* It was supposed to be a birthday gift from my son to myself. She ordered a size 3x for *****. Upon opening it we received a size medium. We asked about returning to which they said it wouldn't be a problem. We returned it tracking number is ********************** which they received. Since then there's been no refund or exchange and they have stopped communicating despite multiple emails.

      I bought two T-shirts and another item on August 4th, 2023. I received the first T-shirt on August 9th, but it was the wrong size. I ordered an XXS for a kid and received an XL that is way too big for him, and is unusable. I have contacted the store by email (the only way possible since they don't provide nothing else) on four different occasions with pictures as proof since then, first time the day I received the wrong item and the fourth and last time on august 30th. No action has been taken by them to fix the issue, except a "we're sorry" email on August 18th. They ignore me since then. I want them to send me the correct item I ordered or, in last resort, refund the item.

      I ordered a hoodie for my son. It arrived from a fulfillment center. The product was not as described. The website states that the hoodie will have drawstrings, custom printed tags, double layered hoodie, smooth screen print and advertises free return shipping.What I got was a hoodie with a Glidan tag, no drawstrings, single layer and a poor screen print. The colors were fuzzy, the print and sweater was extremely rough. I paid about $70 for it.I reached out to customer service and they asked for photos. I provided them all. They offered a 50% refund as they stated it would be better than losing out on funds from return shipping, taxes, and other charges. Um-- what? I suppose if they are sending completely different products they aren't concerned with upholding their free return shipping. Word for word---"After considering the situation, we would like to offer you a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price and no need to return the item, which would be more beneficial for you compared to returning the item. This would avoid the cost and hassle of returning the item and the possibility of not receiving a full refund due to shipping fees, taxes, and other charges."Complete bait and switch in every way.

      Hello... I'm looking for an update on my order... MRBEAST735550. The order was placed on December 11th 2022. We received a tracking number for 1 part of the order, ($5 stickers), but never received the tracking number for the second part of the order, (2 hoodie/sweatshirts). All we have received were the stickers. It is now March 4th 2023. I try my best to give the benefit of a doubt, and understand that there are shipping delays, but I have not experienced a 3 month shipping delay just for some sweatshirts anywhere. This is honestly unacceptable and ridiculous. I tried emailing customer support through the email thread that I already had with them, and got a automated email back stating that my message could not be delivered because an address could not but found, or that they are unable to receive emails. Their website also is not showing up in my search engine. Please get them sent out immediately. Someone that has over a 105 million dollar networth should not be having these kinds of issues.

      I enjoy watching videos produced by crypto **** on YouTube, YouTube has not notified me about the show they remove comments box sometimes, they have deleted the show in progress, and more people pay for the members account and YouTube for whatever reason is disrupting it, I believe illegally, its been happening far to often to be technical glitches, Mr. **** is being targeted, it's very obvious, case#********,, if this is intentional on YouTube part, a printed apology for everyone to see works for me, you will need to ask the couple of thousand others affected

      Seeking to RETURN for free as promised, full refund, and your website to be updated so your return policy and origin of manufacturing is clarified on the purchase page! I tried to resolve this via email but I've been ghosted. So here I am. Purchased hoodie, product page said free return shipping on product page as I was checking out. I requested exchange, but they would not honor free return shipping and said they will charge me 8.00 to return or 20.00 to exchange. The website is now currently offline and I'm out 70.64 on a hoodie that was intended for a Christmas gift to a very excited Nephew. The hoodie was expensive to begin with and I refuse to pay another 20.00 to exchange. Just honor what you said when I purchased it. Screenshot of the website product page stating free return shipping attached. Clothing drop shipped from China and the origin of manufacturing was not listed on the website. Per Customer Service: Thanks for reaching out to us about your order and for supporting Jimmy! We can gladly exchange your size, however, it will bear some extra costs - we won't be able to cover the shipping of the items. Before we send the replacement size to you, you'll need to pay an invoice of approximately $18, this will cover the cost of return shipping and the cost to reship your item. If you'd still like to proceed, I will need you to please take two (2) photos of the product on a clean surface or hanging up. We require a picture of the front and a photo of the back. *Please do not place items on the floor as this will risk your eligibility for return*. Once we assess these we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and then organize the replacement size once your return gets back to us ?? Once we place the new order, you'll be invoiced for the above two costs. If you'd prefer to be refunded we can also process this, deducting the cost of return shipping, roughly $8.       I ordered a hoodie and sticker pack on 12/11/22 for my son for Christmas. The website claimed if I ordered on or before 12/11 it was guaranteed by Christmas. I have only received a order confirmation. I have reached out 4 times and only gotten on response that states “a couple of orders have shipped out, and my order should ship soon.” Today is Jan 4th and I haven’t received tracking or any other correspondence. I have continued to reach out via email and haven't had a response. This company is awful and the worst I’ve experienced buying from online.

      I ordered over 100 dollars worth of stuff from here on Thanksgiving for a Christmas gift for my son. I have received nothing. No information, tracking anything. I've emailed multiple times only to receive automated emails. This gift was huge for my son. My husband was also laid off right after this and it's sickening that I wasted money to get nothing. I will be taking this further into the media as I have connections to publicly air this.

      I purchased stickers, a tshirt and a sweatshirt totalling 117.00 for my 9yo that is a super fan of Mr Beast. I did not receive the items and the communication has been limited to one interaction that was an automated email response. I am still waiting for the tshirt and sweatshirt that cost over 100 bucks. I have emailed several times and I have not received any response. I had to tell my child that it was not going to be here for Christmas and give him a difficult explanation that everything or everyone we see on TV or YouTube may act one way but their actions speak louder than words. This is a scam company. ***** clearly doesn't care at all about the children that he is ripping off and breaking their hearts. Will never order or support this business again and will not support his YT account. Horrible human being.

      We are currently working towards resuming the shipments that were on-hold during the holidays for the past few weeks and we have seen some of the orders being partially fulfilled as we speak. We know this isn't the news you want to hear and it's not the news we want to be delivering either.

      Hi, i placed an order on 12/8 for a $70 sweatshirt for my son for Christmas. I emailed "*********************" on 12/14, 12/19 and 12/21 to get a status update. None of my emails were ever responded to. At this point I may have to go to my credit card company and contest the payment since the product was never received. At this point I would ideally cancel the order due to terrible customer service and lack of service rendered, but my son was really looking forward to this item.. My order # is **************

      This customer didn't contact support as they mentioned in their complaint that the email they attempted to contact us via is ********************* and our support email is ***********************. 
      We haven't had a chance to help this customer due to this. 

      Orders have been delayed from our warehouse due to strike and covid outbreak.
