Ordered vitamins 48 days ago. Ive been in contact for over the last 40 days trying to get a refund. They keep saying hold tight as I will receive an update on my order. They have not provided an accurate tracking number! They state they cant refund my money because the order hasshipped. After carefully reviewing the correspondence you attached, we can see that all of the emails are from **** from Mood Magic using the address ****************** and referencing the website *************** and ***** shipment details.
JoySpring Vitamins is not affiliated in any way with that company, that email domain, or that website. We also do not ship using *****, do not have any team member named ****, and do not have any record of an order under your name or email in our system. Because we were not the merchant you purchased from and did not receive this payment, we unfortunately dont have access to that order and cannot issue a refund for it. Only the original seller or your bank can process that refund.
As we mentioned before, we completely understand how frustrating this has been. There are unfortunately unauthorized sellers and look-alike brands using names similar to ours, and in this case it appears your purchase was made from another company, not directly from JoySpring. Were actively working on brand protection to better safeguard parents and our customers.

I ordered a package from the company ********** on October 3rd of 2025. During the ordering process, a subscription was automatically set up with a recurring order. I contacted the company and had the subscription cancelled. Now I have not received the original order from the company, and on November 3rd of 2025 was charged again, saying the subscription was still active. There is no way to call or contact this company. They are selling products that in fact are being counterfeit sold by ******* and they are doing nothing about it. There is no phone number or anything to get them on the phone. They will only respond via ******** message which appears to be AI generated. JoySpring advertises that their drops are "backed by science" and "evidence based" but does not provide any science or evidence on their website. I am concerned about their advertising that these drops will help certain skills (like language, speech) but do not explain why or how. This is misleading to the public and promotes false faith in this product, unfairly targeting parents with kids who have disabilities and are looking for answers and solutions.Business Response

Years ago, I was searching for a safe, natural option that might help her overcome challenges and feel her best. That search led me here. When weve used the phrase Backed by Science, it wasnt meant as empty marketing. Every product we make is the result of research, ours and that of respected experts.
