    I called them to ask how far out they would be to look at the transmission in my 2017 GMC ****** (****** miles), the secretary told me to bring it in and they would look at it that day. I dropped the truck off on a Monday around 1 o'clock, I told the secretary I had to get a few things out of it, she handed me the keys and told me to leave them in it. I always worry about locking keys in a vehicle so I left my driver window down and put the keys in the center console, went back in to tell the lady and asked that if they weren't able to get to it, to please remember to roll the window up and take the keys inside, she told me someone would do so. I had not heard anything by Wednesday so I called and made sure I gave them the right phone number, they read it off and it was correct. I work from 7-5:30 m-thursday, so I was finally able to go check on it today in person, it rained Wednesday and I was worried they didn't roll my window up, sure enough when I pulled up the shop was closed from the appearance of it, and my truck was still parked in the same spot, with the window down and keys still in the center console... I still owe 10 grand on this ************'m very upset about this situation. I just went and got it, drove off with it, it would be very simple for someone to go steal vehicles from their parking lot! Horrible experience all around, obviously I do not recommend taking anything to them.
