    Business came out relatively timely to give estimate. I have found numerous nails in my yard since they left. They got up most trash but there was some they did not get becuase it was dark both days at their completion. I signed the contract on 03Nov2023 with them. But I wrote I want surplus above where it said it was property of Wayne sanchez roofing. I'm not sure if they read it or not but they took some.of the supplies and others they are returning. I'm not thrilled they broke the contract.

    I recently had a new roof put on my home in *******, **** *********** who did the job is ****** Roofing and they did a fantastic job, people stop to compliment how beautiful it looks. Early this morning I went out to work in my yard and was startled to see a sign 'Wayne ********************** Roofers', *********, **** on my property. I don't know this business and they certainly did not put my new roof on though it seems they wanted to take credit for it. I am writing this as a precaution for folks who may be looking for a roofer; if Mr. ********************** thinks it's alright to place his business sign on someone's property without permission, and someone for whom he did no work, then I have to wonder how he operates his business.
