    AUGUST 27TH 7:AM 2022 I CALLED THIS PERSON TO REPAIR MY HVAC DUE TO MY A/C BLOWING HOT IN MY HOME. AT 9:30 AM HE CAME OUT AND SPENT LESS THAN 15 MINUTES AT MY HOME AND TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED FREON IN MY UNIT AND THAT HE FILLED IT UP. MY HUSBAND PAID HIM OVER 270.00 AND HE WROTE A RECEIPT.HE TOLD US TO LET MY AIR RUN FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE DAY AND ITLL COOL MY HOME BY DARK. I LEFT AT 11 AM AND STAYED GONE UNTIL 11 PM AMD MY HOME WAS STILL HOT AS AN OVEN. I RRACHED BACK OUT TO HIM THE FOLLOWING MORNING BY TEXT AND HE CALLED ME SAYING HE HAD A BUSY WEEK AHEAD. HE WAS UNABLE TO COME OUT AND OFFERED ME HALF OF MY MONEY. I TOLD HIM SINCE NOTHING CHANGED THEN I EXPECTEDALL OF MY MONEY IF HE WAS REFUSING TO FIX IT. I ALSO SENT HIM PICTURES OF MY HOME THERMOSTAT AT 88 DEGREES AND IT GOT TO 90 THAT NIGHT. I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I HAVE CHILDREN THAT HAD TO SUFFER. HE SAID HE TRY TO COME THE NEXT DAY WHICH WAS MONDAY. WE HUNG UP AND THE TEMP IN THE HOME CONTINUED TO RISE. I TEXTED HIM AND SAID I NEED HIM TO COME FOR SURE AND HE RESPONDED WITH "ILL REFUND YOU" HE ASKED FOR MY ADDRESS SO HE CAN "MAIL A CHECK" I EXPRESSED TO HIM THAT I NEEDED THE CASH I PAID HIM IN IMMEDIATELY SO I COULD PAY SOMEONE ELSE. I OFFERED TO PICK IT UP OR MEET HIM AND HE STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY MESSAGES. HE TEXTED ME THE FOLLOWING DAY AND SAID HE MAILED A CHECK BUT HE WONT RESPOND TO ANY MESSAGES OR ANSWER MY CALLS. HE IS AVOIDING ME AND I DONT BELIEVE HE SENT A CHECK BECAUSE HE WONT EVEN TALK TO ME.
