  My 90 year old mother bought ameriglide rave stair lift in September 2026. Measured correctly but they sent an extra 3 foot section that cost $411. This was not needed. When I called to return it I left a voice mail with someone but never received a call back. I then called again and they said i never called. I explained that I did not need this extra part and wished to return it for a refund. They said at first I had only 5bdays from install. Then when I told her I called the day of install and left message she changed it to 5 days from when I received it. No one told me any of then when ordering. How am I as a customer to know what parts are needed when in boxes. The install was over a week after receiving it. She said she would talk to a supervisor and call back. I have not heard from them at all. I tried calling and left another message but still nothing. I really don't appreciate how they cheat an elderly widow. She lives in a senior community and will be telling anyone who asks to not trust this company.

  I was help by a woman named REMOVED. She helped me with one of the company's older models but even with that being the case she was very knowledgeable and helped find a solution and answer for me. I appreciate her time and the company's ability to help with customer service issues

  Excellent one on one customer service! REMOVEDtook his time and explained everything to me. He also got me a veterans discount from them at ameri glide. I love the look of my new chair lift. One stop shopping and installation services. Overall I would recommend Ameri glide to anyone needing mobility products. Thanks ameri glide! REMOVED

  If anyone is in need of a great chair lift, make sure to check out AmeriGlide. Great product, as well as price, and service. My experience was so nice, I had to buy twice. You'll like your ride, on AmeriGlide!!!
