"During my experience at Fred Anderson Kia of Raleigh , I felt dissatisfied with there customer service, I am a military veteran who went to purchase a new vehicle for my daughter a 2026 REMOVEDsportage , I was given the runaround from the pricing it was on sale for 31,000$ but after the taxes tags and doc fee it brought the price of the vehicle up by almost 6,000$ , we negotiated for about three hours the management was worried about a REMOVEDdifference me and my wife said if you are going to worry about a REMOVED$ price difference then we will just leave , finally they agreed for us to pay 33,000$ we told the sales person we would be back with our daughter and the money we were gone for 2 hours when we came back , the vehicle was still in the same spot it was in when we left the vehicle was still dirty , the sales person said that they were going to wash it but that didnt happen, I paid for the vehicle, but the vehicle never got washed and the management harassed my wife about a dd214 we sent the copy , but they said they couldnt read it so I went back to the dealership to let them make a copy they did, now the issue is they need a copy of my daughters birth certificate to prove she is related to me but in the beginning they didnt tell us they needed it.
