  I have used this company which we learned later on that they were located in the country of ****** not in ********** as they claim, about 3 months ago.They sold us that they provide exclusive preset appointments, initially one of our office staff received a COLD TEXT (which is against the law to start with) then they promised they will provide "pre-set" and "pre-qualified" appointments, and none of that was true.I tried to reach out to get my money back and they said they will fix things, *** gave us an entire spiel that they care about quality and bla bla bla, we gave them a few more weeks, and nothing good came out of it. Im honestly tired to of contacting their team, *** knows we have been scammed, but he cant make a decision to refund us, I told him I need to speak to accounting, I need to speak to the owner, I did my research and found out it was **** Ikhreishi, I asked *** multiple times to speak to the owner which seems like a good man, and he wouldnt let me speak to him, I have exhausted all my energy trying to get a refund for $550 and havent been successful. Its not a big number but still they knew they scammed us, and still went on with it. Shame on you CSC Beyond, Shame on you for fooling American businesses into doing this. Just be clear, and say we cannot do it, here is your money back. Thats what you should have done...

  I wish BBB had a 0 star option, but since thats not available I will be putting one star... Hold your horses, this company is operating one of the worst and most sophisticated scams and wire fraud schemes that I have been aware of in my 20+ yrs of doing business. I am an agency owner (insurance) and was part of a small insurance agency in previously (2024) and I contributed with my upline and team members to purchase an appointment setting package from CSC Beyond LLC, under the name of ******************** which is a fake proxy they use to keep CSC Beyond from being exposed. After multiple weeks of waiting to get the campaign started, we managed to get the first lead which was absolutely horrendous, we gave our feedback and waited for adjustments, and NONE OF THEM WERE FOLLOWED. The company uses a shell company out of the country of ****** in the *********** is what we were able to finally discover after more than 1 year of trying to get our money back. They have a call center in ****** and they barely speak english, they dont provide an honest service, and keep giving you the runaround until you lose your right in getting a refund from your bank. If you ever encounter them RUN AWAY, if you paid them money and waiting on adjustments, take my word for it, they will never give you anything good, just call your bank and file a dispute with your payment provider and local authorities. I wish I had seen this BBB account prior to placing my order with this scamming company. I really hope one day they will be taken down and shut down for good.

  Save your money. This organization is an absolute clown show. I initially paid them to set appointments for merchant accounts and that was a disaster. Most recently I am trying to use the credits I have left for MCA appointments. The first 2 (with recordings attached) were clearly unqualified as the person speaking told the rep that they didn't own a business. We are 6+ weeks in. I finally received a decent appointment a week ago, but now they haven't called on my campaign since. I doubt I'll ever recover my money or see any kind of ROI on my investment. Steer clear.

  I have used this company for appointment setting and its been a nightmare, first I was sold under the name "Leads Lava" then later on figured they are called "virtual ready center", what ??!! First red flag. and now after doing my due diligence they are called CSC Beyond. I tried to search for Leads Lava and Virtual ready Center in the business directory but couldn't find them, they are not registered anywhere in any state, typical for scam like operations trying to hide their trails.
  Then I was like maybe this is their operations, let me just see how it goes and give them the benefit of the doubt.
  I had an onboarding call, the first week went by and they sent me an appointment. Then a month later another appointment, what??!!
  This is just the worse experience I ever had with appointment setting. the lady they booked the appointment with was 100 years old, I mean really is this an appointment? the funny part is that I requested zoom virtual appointments, and then I get someone who is 100 years old, this is just despicable.
  About my appointment; the callers had an accent, and it was hard for the other person on the phone to understand what they were saying. Second red flag, they use a callcenter off-shore.
  Then the nature of the call was just pushy and customer showed absolutely no interest in my service, the customer was old and they just forced the appointment onto her, Third red flag!!
  I then contacted their customer service team and they said they will look into it and fix it.
  STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
  BOILER ROOM TYPE SCAM.
  They will tell you they will improve, they listen to recordings, and whatever this is all just lies.
  Then when I asked for my money back, they were just buying time and saying we have to look into it, we purchased data, we made call, we paid our agents, .... and endless arguments why they cant give you your money back.
  I am really tired this, at this point you can consider my payment a donation to your pathetic operation.
