1 starI live in ******* and thought after the storm doing business in the ** area would be a good thing. Boy was I wrong. After they made me pay in full they quite taking my call and responding to messages. Their 4 to 6 week time line turned into 10 weeks. They are not a very reliable company. 1 starMy 73 year old father paid for a carport package back in August. Saved up for 4 years on limited income and still has not received his material. They are just giving us the run around and will not refund money. Took a month for them to respond they keep saying in a couple weeks. My dad needs his money back. Company continues to amaze me with their lack of concern. Looks like they have taken down their FB site now.... Not good. Amazes me how you can scam an elderly man out of money with no care in the world....Review fromAlex W

1 star************!! Alert do not buy from this company.I have paid $7k for a truss in Dec. Ive followed up multiple times and havent been able to get in touch with anybody.Finally, someone texted me back on the company number. But they did not end up following up with **** know someone who is personally used this company and had good success.I have no idea whats going on. 5 starsThe trusses I bought from ******** were 60' span were kinda hard to lift. Once we figured out where we could hook the chains, things went smooth after that. With the long trusses they liked to twist a little, so you had to make sure you picked them up straight. The kit came with all the bolts and screws. I would like to see some instructions with the kits, I was able to figure it out fairly easy. I also built a 42' span building with ****** trusses and were very pleased with them. The shorter trusses lift in the middle easily with no twisting. I will buy these trusses again. *** in VA.
