    arrived 10/15/22 (rental cabin *****************************************( Host *******************) failure to fix tv in bedroom, When rented per rental all items should be working condition, tv was not she was informed within 1 hr upon arrival. After numerous txs telling me how to fix , she was going to send her housekeeper. never did Host said she would come never did , host said she was running late later when pressed she said the housekeeper was sick, this was 2 days into our rental , third day i requested $30.00 compensation , Host said since the tv was working prior to our arriving there would no compensation, she was rude, disrespectful and really did'nt care, even though it was job to repair as owner/Host , She even accused us of pressing the wrong buttons for the tv not to work , in her bio she says they give priority to there renters??????

    This is NOT my property. There is no ******************* affiliated with my company! I do not manage, and have never managed this property, so please, make sure this complaint gets removed from my company immediately, and provide me with confirmation of such.
