Their sales approach is borderline definition of scamming. They offer manager deals on vehicles and promise delivery within 48 hours. Their manager deals are under factory recall and their explanation is that it is not any issue - they will resolve these with no delays. When deal is signed and payment transferred - suddenly the recall requires parts they do not have in their service shop but need them from the manufacturer - so, delivery is delayed waiting for manufacturer parts. Right away they start trying to sell you another vehicle with various additional costs. Vehicles with no comparison to the deal they just scammed you into ************* out when they cut you a check for the refund - not even that is possible for them to get right. They hang their sales person out to dry and to take the blunt of frustrations from the customer. If the customer complains - within seconds - we can refund you the money is the response to get out of this sales scam and stop any in person complaining. Their manager takes zero responsibility. No responding to calls. It is difficult to associate this with an A+ rating business. Simply stay away from them is the conclusion.

This was the WORST vehicle purchase experienceI have ever been through. The staff was completely incompetent and disrespectful. Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep has ZERO loyalty to their customers. The vehicle arrived with extensive damages, which we noted upon delivery. Once they received pictures of all the damages, and started getting our complaints the first response was to blame the delivery driver, to place blame on him for not taking the car back. Except no one made mention of that when we were standing there with the driver while he was on the phone with the dealership. After all the damages were assessed and we got quotes as instructed, to make the car as it should have been delivered with OEM dodge parts and paint repair was more than $14,000. We were told they were not going to do that and that they would unwind the deal. All the while, the dealership has had custody of our vehicle used as a trade - we had no idea of our vehicle’s treatment. So instead we were offered $2500 in “hush money” to use towards fixing the damages.Lots of finger pointing, zero apologies, no “how can we make this right or potentially keep your business in the future”. It was “we have your trade and your cash, your mistake for buying a car sight unseen”. Jazmin was notified on more than one occasion via text/email and phone that the front passenger side wheel was damaged. The only reason we took the car unwashed from the dealership was because it rained Friday and Saturday in NC and Doug offered us up to $250 for a detail in here in VA - IF WE GAVE HIM ALL 10s on the customer satisfaction review. Then we were badgered to get the survey done immediately with all 10s or we wouldn’t be getting the detail money. We are still working to get the car just to the standards it should have been upon delivery. I can’t be more disappointed in a dealership, and automobile name. No loyalty to customers, no satisfaction guaranteed.

*** ******, we have been in touch with original buyer who is ******* ******* from Norfolk, VA. We shipped the 2023 Dodge Challenger to ******* *******. At delivery, there were a few scratches on exterior and a tear in leather that was of concern. The customer was offered to return the vehicle at no cost and 100% refund as she declined. She decided to submit quotes on repairs totaling $18,000 as we declined. We offered to have the vehicle shipped back to us to repair ALL concerns noted. The customer declined. The customer then communicated with Kernersville Chrysler Dodge on requesting $2500 for the repairs which is a significant difference on the original amount requested. The customer signed a form stating that she accepts $2725 for the damages and no further action would be taken. If you would like, i can share images of damages so You can see it was not $18000 worth of damages. The customer declined returning the vehicle as well as us repairing the vehicle. Kernersville CDJR has upheld all fair business practices for this purchase. Regards

I bought a 2023 jeep grand Cherokee had it 3 weeks & it broke down with transmission problems. They towed the jeep back to Kernersville after I had to stress to them I couldn’t bring it because it would not make it. I was told on Friday I would have a call Monday & never got a call until on Wednesday I received a text saying (parts are ordered) I had no clue for what because no one had called me. Worse customer service ever!!!!! I finally got someone to call me back saying the jeep needed a valve body which was ordered and hoping to be in within 2 weeks. I have ask for the jeep to be replaced with a new one… Why would I pay 50k for a new jeep with transmission problems….I was told today a service manager would be calling me back before 5 and never received a call.

Took my custom Dodge charger there for service and when I received my car, they ended up bending and creasing both my fenders and damaged my $10k wrap. Service manager Pete explained that he would take care of it but after a month of waiting, I was told that his manager decided that he wasn't covering ANY of my damages due to the technician not annotating on the report that they damaged anything. This location is shady established. I highly encourage potential customers to take their business elsewhere.

I attempted to purchase a 2022 Ram 2500 from this dealership via a listing on Ebay motors. The proposed Bill of Sale had a purchase price of $2000 above the "buy it now" price in their listing. The purchase price equaled the MSRP. Otherwise the paperwork was simple. They proposed collecting my state's sales tax (no problem with that), had some silly $799 admin fee (probably unavoidable), and then the value of my trade which was pretty fair, but at low wholesale. The sales manager would NOT honor the buy it now price. I am certain had I initiated contact via the "buy it now", they would have just devalued my trade by $2k (or more). It was stated the price could not move from MSRP, yet the buy it now was $2000 less. I think at best it is deceptive to list a "buy it now" price with no intention of honoring that price and at worse it is a form of bait and switch.
