5 starsTLDR: 4 different technicians/ companies and none compare to *******.Don't call any other company to repair your AC! He will actually take the time to determine the issue rather than just replacing parts and hoping the issue is resolved, leading to you calling someone out again; unlike many others.He is the fourth person i've had come out, (the other 3 from different companies) each time their "fix" only lasted a couple days.******* came out the same day I called on a Monday, and spent every bit of 3 hours (It wasn't an obvious answer and it's already a VERY old system) trouble shooting while explaining every detail of the process to make sure you feel safe and knowledgeable about the system. He doesn't gate-keep information, and even walked me through the indoor system to ensure everything is optimal. He found some major blockage issues caused by a door leading to the intake that he was shocked the other people hadn't educated me on, all while giving me solutions to it to optimize my system.In all, he found the issue when no one else could (mostly wiring) and spent every second figuring it out and walking me through it. I must admit i didn't have high hopes initially due to the previously mentioned past experiences, but he exceeded everything and made me trust HVAC guys again.10/10 Customer ********************** and Friendliness 10/10 Capability 10/10 Whatever else he could be rated on because I am beyond pleased.Review fromDavide V

My AC unit stop working out of nowhere and my mom recommended I give ******* at ATM a call. Best decision I made as far as AC repair goes. ******* gave me a call back within the first 5 minutes of reaching out to him about my issue. What I appreciated most was that his first step wasn't to throw me a quote, but to see if we could resolve or find the problem over the phone through minor trouble shooting. We were able to pinpoint what the issue was to give him a better idea of the type of repair I could expect. To me that screams customer service! When ******* came out the following day to look at my unit his diagnosis was spot on! He was able to repair the unit in a very professional and timely manner. Quality service, Professional individual, and an overall enjoyable experience with this company. I highly recommend you give ATM a call if you're having any HVAC issues or concerns.
