I live in ******** subdivision, which is managed by *****I contacted the office today, to request that the branches from trees that are on HOA property but which overhand my backyard fence, be trimmed off of the fence.**** *******, Association Manager, emailed me back with a picture of my home taken from the internet, with an orange rectangle drawn around it that he seems to believe is my property line. The boundaries of this image are no where near accurate to my property line. This person stated that according to that (inaccurate) picture, the trees are my responsibility. Of Note - the picture he included appears to be viewed at an angle, making the boundary lines offset relative to the angle of the view.I am attaching the email and pictures he included. Noteworthy, is that I made a similar request several years ago, to a different individual, and the work order was immediately processed and within 2 days the maintenance service came out and trimmed the trees. Also noteworthy, the service trimmed the trees, which are in the same line as the trees on my fence, fairly recently. A photo is attached. Also noteworthy, the service trimmed the branches of one tree on my fence line recently, but not all. I have also attached photographs of the trimmed tree on my fence, and the untrimmed trees.Note: I had another issue with this same individual a few months ago, he wrote me up for a violation for home damage that did not exist, after several days he admitted he had the wrong house.Customer Answer

I am letting you know she communicated through the wrong email; however, please see the attached email received last night.
She is using the BBB instead of communicating with the manager or his supervisor. Please note we cannot just do a work order without Board approval. We dont have that authority.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and I accept it.The tree limbs were cut off of my fence, and the individual hired to do so did a great job.
In response to Ms. ***** notes: I communicated with **** via the form provided on the **** website, for the association members to use. I am at a loss as to how I could use the wrong email, when there is only one method provided by ****. It is also up to **** to make sure that communications received from association members is directed to the correct recipient, if that isn't the person who receives the communication.
Best Regards,
****** P. ****

I have been trying to reach the homeowners association for country scene who manages the property on ****** ** in ******** *****. The representative in charge is named Patricia W******. This HOA does not answer emails or answer their phones. This HOA is never in the office and has disabled their website and official email address; they now use a generic Gmail address that doesn't get managed. This HOA has illegally towed my vehicle that has proper tags. I have been reaching out to inquire with no answer. My rights are in violation and I demand that they do their proper duty! This HOA is located at **** ****** ** ***** ***, ******** ** ******. I have attached one of the original emails I sent over a month ago with my inquiry. I have also attached a cic complaint to push the association to reply. The HOA phone number is ************. Any help possible will be of great assistance. I have not yet taken legal action but I will if need be.Business Response

Can you please agree to remove this complaint as we are not the company that should have this complaint filed against it. Thank you.Initial Complaint

My condo flooded on December 25th, 2022 by a sprinkler pipe owned and maintained by my HOA. The attached file outlines the events that occurred due to my attempts I made to obtain information related to the repairs to my home.Customer Answer

Please see the reply from the association's attorney, who is Mr. ****'s contact person for the claim due to unrealistic demands and derogatory comments to the management company and the Board. His dissatisfaction should be with the insurance company who is in charge of processing the claim. The management company is in the middle. We do not have the ability to make repairs without the proper claims procedure being followed. See attached letter as it is proof of him causing some of the delays himself.Initial Complaint

I used to live and pay my payments to the ********** HOA. Website states fees of a lower amount than I was paying. Suspicious activity occurs when asking for receipts of payment. Unwilling to compromise with disabilities. Refuse to show payment history when asked and is NOT accessible online for few. Super shady network. Surrounding neighbors to me have also had similar problems with the company. Company also goes against word and agreement for parking as well as other terms stated in lease.Business Response

Unfortunately, this person is not an owner at ********** Village so we would have no records for him to review if he is a tenant. We only manage the association not tenants so there's no way for us to assist a tenant. His owner should share any of his concerns regarding parking, etc. We believe this to be an invalid claim against our company for things we have no control over. Thank you!Initial Complaint

The homeowners association refuse to cut, trim and manage trees that they have planted. The trees are in a common area but now have been unmanaged for so long and now growing over my fence as well as neighbors property line. And it is not our responsibility to manage something we did not plant nor own, and what are we paying yearly dues for that continuously go up! The association does nothing for the community nor resolve any issues. The tree is causing a pest disturbance and birds. Because now people are dumping their garbage in the tree and all outside of my fence causing mice and other animals to be in MY backyard.Business Response

Unfortunately, this owner is complaining about her own landscaping and trash that is in her yard. There is no common area near her home. To resolve this, she may wish to obtain her plot plan so she can see what she actually owns. The tree/shrub is on her land and her back yard does not back up to any common area. Her fence does not go to the property line so she would need to measure this or hire a land surveyor if she is uncertain as to what land she owns. Since it is not common area, the association is not responsible. Thank you!
