I have used OPC and ORAC these two products from Market America for more than 20 years. I am not the distributor, just indeed love these products, however, my recent order with 4 bottles of ORAC on September 8, 2023, have strong plastic kind of taste. I immediately reported to Market America Taiwan division, because I afraid it is a food safety issue that might caused from the defect of manufacturing. Unfortunately, their customer service both in Taiwan division or in USA, do not take this issues as a serious concern, the reason they gave me is : 1. I am the only person report this issue. But, (I ordered 4 bottles all have the same plastic flavors, it’s hard for me to believe I am the only one.) 2. The flavor changed, because the ingredients are all natural, so it can’t tasted the same every time. But, (The flavor that I argued is plastic kind of taste, not natural one.) 3. Market America try to show their concern by sending me a hand typed report from their own department, to prove the ORAC bottle is safe to used. But, ( as a profession, they should have an official third party laboratory to do the testing, instead of an in house report.) I really appreciate these products to maintain my health for over 20 years. My whole purpose is hope Market America can take their responsibility to inform those customers who placed their ORAC orders around this September as me, to be aware the taste of their products. Plus, their management in manufacturing need to be more cautious with their production. I have waited for a month now, since their responses are so superficial, i have to write this message to warm the users like me. For the love of those products, we should supervise more with their quality and safety. In this life, we all have chance to make mistakes, so does a corporation, it’s understandable. The big difference is how the corporation deal with these hardships, they can turn it to their advantage or disadvantage, that is a wisdom.
