    Great company from top to bottom ... **** came out to look at house / discuss pros / cons regarding best location ... ******* installed efficiently and assisted with minor troubleshooting on several occasions ... ******* kept me up to date with scheduling and was very flexible / gracious when we had to push out several months due to other contractor running behind ... we chose the Trio and it's been a lifesaver over the past 9 months - makes daily life better for my sister (bad knees / back) and has been indispensable following recent meniscus tear ... another benefit is that it serves as a dumbwaiter to get groceries upstairs :-)

    Aging and deciding we wanted this to be our forever home even with an upstairs master, installing a Stiltz elevator is a game changer for us. Working with Carolina Housing Solutions, the process was easy. , *****, the President and ****, our Sales Rep, were wonderful to work with and delivered just as promised. The installation team was great! Having worked with numerous contractors, we were pleasantly surprised. ****** and **** were very professional, accommodating, friendly and tidy. Would definitely recommend Carolina Housing Solutions and Stiltz to anyone wanting to stay in their home vs moving.
