    Order no. ***** On October 12, 2023 I placed an order for part #C02710, chipper shredder carousel, black, no wheels, for a CH1 unit. Price listed $350.00 with $150.00 shipping for a total of $500.00 which was immediately charged to my credit card. Today is October 31, 2023 and I have not received any information or updates about my order. 19days have passed with no correspondence. I have emailed them and called their customer service number and my order still seems to be in limbo. At this point in time I would like to either have the order sent or a full refund immediately. I should not have to keep trying to contact them about my order. The contact phone number I have is ************.

    I ordered a 48 inch mowing deck Z-Beast zero turn mower from Home Depot in September 2021. The order was completed through a third party company called GXI which handles distribution and servicing. I attempted to submit a warranty claim when the mower blade spindle broke after less than 7 hours of use and the company declined it. I then attempted to order the replacement part to fix the mower myself but GXI sent the wrong part and I've spent a month emailing them to rectify the problem and they have not acted in good faith in any aspect and have only obfuscated my attempts to repair my mower. I spent almost 3,000 dollars on this mower and have spent hundreds of dollars for replacement parts that aren't the correct parts. I would prefer not to have a 3,000 lawn ornament and would rather have the empty garage space or a functional mower.
