The panels were installed in Feb/Mar 2024...never activated. After several calls and emails, nothing has *********** September of 2024 I got hail damage on my roof. I need them to remove and replace the panels to get the roof fixed. I called and called and emailed and called....every two or so weeks. I get the same answer...this is being pushed to management. ****, still nothing.On top of the non-action on the work requested, the company that originally installed the panels went out of business. I was never told this. I found out months later when I pressed the work requested. It is now nearly a year with no follow up or contact.If possible, I would give 1/2 or zero starts!Palmetto Solar

They began installation of panels the day after Christmas of 2022 with a pause for the New Years holiday. Install was completed at the end of the week of New Years 2023. I have been back and forth with them, since then and is now 2025. It has been over 2 years, still paying my utility bill and my solar panels. I have NEVER had connection to the panels. They dont return texts or phone calls. They havent reimbursed any money except for the first 3-4 months in 2023. Palmetto is pathetic and I would highly never recommend them to anybody. All they want is your money. Once they have it, they forget you exist. I know I should have hired a lawyer a long time ago and will be seeking legal advice very soon.Palmetto Solar

**************** is nonresponsive and they are almost impossible to get on the phone. It seems they like to email. We were notified 9/25/24 that our solar was not working. It was finally resolved 12/2/24 at a cost of $360 to replace a fuse. Wouldn't recommend Palmetto because trust is broken and those costs are ridiculous.Palmetto Solar

Worst experience ever! Have sent emails on 10/15, 10/30, 11/1, 11/4, 12/2, 12/27, 1/22, 1/28. Still no response to system not working, insanely high electric bill, after promised that our bill would not be over $30 and if it ever was, they would add more panels with no charge to us. I have called them 6 times with a promise of a call back. No return call. I hate even leaving them one star!Palmetto Solar

After getting my solar installed I was in the process of selling other properties I own not connected to the home with solar. The title company has informed me that Palmetto put a lien on all my properties. This has caused major problems for a half million dollar sale. Without my knowledge they put a lien on my properties despite the contract clearly stating they dont put liens on. No one will answer calls or fix this. Im afraid Ill have to report them to the *** and take legal action.Palmetto Solar

My experience with ****** ****** has been nothing but positive. He has dibe a great job of explaining the process, being in contact every step of the way.All my questions and concerns were answered quickly and honestly. We have had the same experience as '******* E'. Panels were installed quickly but when the ************* attempted to complete the witness test in September it failed. The Solar Panels are not sending any feedback to the new meter. We reached out to representative, Palmetto and Empower(installed panels). ************* has been out 4 times now. We continue to let Palmetto know that a Solar technician needs to be on-site with ************* to get this resolved. We provided photo's of the meter showing there is no *********** say we are disappointed is an understatement.Palmetto Solar

Working with Palmetto has been a pain. They do not submit to federal law of the **** and I've not been able to get in contact with any supervisors. I was even hung up on by an agent on the phone. They will be getting sued. They are bad at communication and only email right before they close for the day. No answers of mine have been solved.Palmetto Solar
