  Summit did shoddy work and then lied to me about it. Last year I had my entire roof replaced by Summit, which included a smaller copper roof over a bay window. All seemed fine until we had heavy rains in July, 2024 and I sustained very bad leaking, causing significant interior damage. When I inspected the roof, I noticed that it was butted against the house and the gap caulked, which eventually failed, causing the leak. There was also no copper flashing. Summit had removed the original flashing and did not replace it as was specified by the insurance company. ****** ******* came by to inspect and said he would fix it. All he did was apply more caulk to the gap. He then told me that there was no flashing when they replaced the roof and they had replaced it exactly as it originally was. That was a lie. I have before photos that show the roof had flashing before they replaced it. Then he told me because of the curvature of the roof design, they couldn't do copper flashing. Another lie. There are homes around mine with similar designs and flashing. Then his drywall guy doesn't even remove the drywall to replace the water damaged insulation, and simply applied drywall mud over the water damaged ceiling, which eventually came crumbling down with the next rain. That's when I said no more and hired someone else to fix the roof and interior damage. The other company said there should have been copper flashing installed to prevent moisture getting in. My insurance adjuster had a moisture test done which showed significant moisture inside my wall. I demanded reimbursement for my costs ($8k) and ******* kept trying to blame the leak on an upstairs window. Once somebody flat out lies to me, they loose all my trust and confidence. Beware of this business! They cut corners and then when caught, lie about it. At least they clearly did with me. I would have given no star, but had to give at least one, which is not deserved.

  Summit Renovations was a pleasure to work with when installing our new roof! From start to finish, the process was seamless and fast. They were able to tear out the old roof and install the new roof all in a days work! We are really happy with the work and would recommend to anyone needing a new roof!

  I highly recommend Summit. They made the process easy. It took two days to replace my roof and repair interior drywall and paint. Everyone was professional and all their work looks great, couldnt be happier.

  We had the pleasure of working with ****** from Summit on the replacement of our roof. He was extremely knowledgeable, and helpful with navigating us through the planning and execution of this project, as well as patient with our decision making process. Summit Renovations completed the roofing project, as promised, in three days. Their team was thorough, and did a fantastic job. Additionally, we found ****** and his partners to be very fair and honest people.

  **** is an experienced and knowledgeable roofer. He has great attention to detail and is good about following-through on all aspects of the project. His team does high-quality work. They were always prompt and focused on the job. We would definitely recommend **** at Summit Renovations.

  Summit did an excellent job installing a new roof about one ago. I recently noticed an issue in my kitchen ceiling and contacted ******. He came out immediately to check and arranged for his crew to return the following day to resolve my problem. I was impressed with the quick response and the fact it was resolved. I highly recommend Summit they were a pleasure to work with.

  Very pleasant experience working with ****** and Summit Renovations. We needed a new roof due to hail damage. ****** walked us through the insurance company process and dealt with any additional work that needed approval. Roof was replaced within 2 days, workers were very professional, polite and efficient. I would recommend Summit for any roof replacement.

  Summit was extremely easy to work with and did a great job replacing our roof due to hail damage. They walked us through the process from start to beginning and made the process simple. Removal and install day went seamlessly and I cannot express just how well they handled the cleanup. I would highly recommend their group to anyone looking to replace a roof.

  We had a wonderful experience working with Summit Renovations. They put on a new roof and replaced a porch metal roof. The shingle roof on a **** sq ft home was done in 2 days paying attention to our outside plants and trees. The yard was cleaned at the end of every day. The workers were very professional. ** and **** were on site each day, helpful from choosing the right color shingles to showing us nearby homes recently completed by them with that shingle .They provided helpful hints and maintained constant contact even over holiday weekend. They were an exceptional business that cared about their customers. 5 star , start to finish!*******************

  I had wind and **** damage and I worked with ********************** from Summit Renovation and the job went so smooth all the workers were so respectful and courteous and they did an amazing job of cleanup .I would recommend them to anyone . They put a whole new roof on my home in 1 day.
