    Me and my fianc started having text from the people that were threatening us, and that are named **** ******* and the other name I remember, but they also let my dogs out and my landlord to my house inside and out and her daughter mess with my paperwork, the *********** over and over again, let my dogs out. I have emotional stress and my fianc, my kids and my animals. We all have severe anxiety and depression. I have. A option to purchase lease and I want to let everyone know that they are frauds they throwed all my stuff and my kids stuff out the house without an eviction he then took my mail box down the police told. Me to break the lock and I did and now Im still staying there I have cried everyday and my kids have too and my dogs and cats are dead I will pursue ****** ********* and **** ******* at better path homes and same name is path ways my land lord collected my money for years and we remodeled the whole house now my dogs and my whole family Kids and all of us in extreme depression and **** ******* is a horrible person. I am dieing from poly cycstic kidney disease and its in my liver I will make sure as well **** ******* broke my dogs leg and I had to pay 2000 to get fixed

    I am responding to the complaint ID ********.  First and foremost I would like to note that the complaint does not involve my business at all. While I do own a business and have business partners, one of which is mentioned in this complaint, the home purchase occurred outside of our business practices together.  I would like to see that this is removed from any relationship with Better Path Homes altogether. 

    I have discussed this complaint with one of the parties mentioned and there is overwhelming evidence that goes against what was told in this complaint. There are signed documents by the party who is making these allegations that are contrary to the story that has been told. 

    Please let me know if there is any further action required on behalf of myself and Better Path Homes, but again let it be known that Better Path Homes has nothing to do with this transaction or complaint at all.
