    ******** recently hired The Deck Builder in October 2025 to build a new deck, and I couldnt be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.***** ***** took the time to listen to my ideas, offered helpful suggestions, and communicated clearly throughout the project. The finished deck looks amazing sturdy, beautifully designed, and exactly what I envisioned. Id highly recommend The Deck Builder LLC to anyone looking for quality work and dependable service.

    Once my wife and I decided to replace the deck on the back of our house, I set out to find a builder among the many deck builders online. By good fortune I selected The Deck Builder to visit. ***** spent 2 hours or so discussing options and his own vision of the completed deck. He had samples of decking colors and railings in his truck. We had him quote his suggestions. The project also included new screening for the adjacent screened porch and a new door between the deck and the porch. We had decided our maximum price for the project in advance. We were delighted when the quote was lower than our limit. ***** does all the work himself and builds only decks. He filed for a building permit. I doubt many deck builders do that. We had periodic inspections. Woodys philosophy is that if you build to code you meet minimal standards. ***** said, If you meet minimal standards, you get a minimal deck. For example, the code specifies the number of pillars that support the deck above the ground that must be in the ground and packed with dirt. ***** installed more than minimal number and set them in concrete. There were other examples of design above the building specs. ***** kept us informed of work planned for the next few days. The job site was kept to minimal size and packed up at the end of the day.Find The Deck Builder LLC on the Web and look at his amazing work. Have him visit.     ***** was fantastic. He repaired and stained my back deck. He was efficient, friendly, and gave me a fair price. One of the nicest contractors I've ever worked with. I hired him again to do my front porch. Beautiful work and very glad I hired him.

    Our project involved building a new deck and screening in an existing porch. The Deck Builder paid great attention to detail, he is knowledgeable of all required codes and permitting, and is a true craftsman. He is an excellent communicator always letting us know when he'd be on site and giving us updates on any delays. We have a solid, safe, and beautiful new deck and porch and had an overall great experience with The Deck Builder.
