  Do not put your car in Sherpa hands. They get their money and wash their hands after they assign a car driver. They hired DRUNK DRIVER THAT WRECKED MY ******** AND HAD ME WASTE TIME OBTAINING APPRAISALS FROM COLLISION COMPANIES JUST SO IN THE END THE DRUNK DRIVER REJECT TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGE AND OFFERED $300 or for him to paint my ********* THE DAMAGE IS OVER $2.400 and they offered $300. SHERPA AFTER ALL THE SMOOTH TALK DROPPED ME TO DEAL WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY . THE DAMAGE COSTING ME OUT OF POCKET OVER $1.000 plus all my time driving all over to different car collisions centers I wasted over $200 gasoline. THE *** DRUNK DRIVER UNDER -GO THE DISTANCE NAME IS RUDE UNETHICAL GUY WHO TOOK HIS MONEY AND SHERPA DOES NOTHING ABOUT. I MAY ADD THE DTIVER IN THE 11-th hour after keeping me waiting 13 hours for pick up demanded $300 extra claiming its more luggage so I paid $300 plus gave him $50 tip to take care of my ********* All and all I have a horrible experience with SHERPA trusting them that they do better job in selecting their drivers. You have no protection with Sherpa if you fall in the hands of a DRUNK DRIVER like myself. The car transport cost me over $2500 plus time and frustration dealing with unethical rude personnel. Be WISE AND DO NOT TRUST SHERPA

  Very accommodating to a finicky seller, that gave a small window for picking up the vehicle. Sherpa coordinated the pickup and delivery well, Great Job!!

  Very pleasant experience, customer service was excellent they provided all the information including insurance coverage delivery and most importantly a step by step explanation of the expected process. In addition the provided an Email at each step of the process and included a phone call from their drive at both the pick up and delivery location. Their was no additional charges and as their customer I was very please with their services.

  My car shipping experience with Sherpa was nothing short of stellar. They did what they said they would do and nothing less. My car arrived in perfect condition. The auto transport drivers were friendly and drove my car onto truck with precision. I could tell theyve done this many times before. All Sri the most professional company. Forget other car haulers.   Car purchase was delayed due to weather and other obstacles. Sherpa was great working through it with me and rescheduling pick up without additional fees. Car arrived safe and sound. Glad i picked them. Will use again if ever needed.

  The Sherpa team is legit.. Pricing was competitive, communication was very structured in a good way. We had a hiccup in that the pickup window was not met, however they honored their guarantee without any input from me and the car was picked a couple days later. Car arrived in same condition, Transport company/driver communicative and professional. Thank you to all who made this happen.PS. Be sure to read all the fine print about possible delays and give yourself a big window.Lots of variables out of your control, so try to be patient and let the process flow.
